Hi allCSS Corp is a good company. Internal post can be done after 1 year 1/2 months. But the interview process takes a full whole day. Its better to come in evening. People working are very friendly. They have different projects so they have vacancy.

Hell company.. They conduct interview only for the name... After finishing 3 rounds of interview they will say that they will call for the final round... But for sure you wont get call from them.. Breaking peoples trust on them.. Waste of a day... They will conduct interview from morning till night.. Please dont go there..

Alas!! My workplace. It has a great food Court though with a hell lot of food shops around all the corners. Though all of em are of high standards. If you wish to stop on for a food snack or a cake or a pinch its a good place. And all the companies within do always have often openings for Jobs too.

CSS corp is located in ambit it park.its a tech support international BPO process. Need excellent communication to got job here. More then 1000 employees are working there, if anyone have excellent communication must try here 5 days working and 2 week offs but its an rotational shift. They provide cab facility too for both pickup and drop...

This is a bpo company... dont even try to join this.. complete night shifts...have to take calls... high political play regarding promotions.... very less pay... only positive thing is people working here are very friendly

Its not a great place to work and pay is a lot less.. Very hectic and heavy work pressure.. All they care about is targets.. Do not recommend..

I would prefer taking a bus to this place, walkable distance from the industrial estate depot or you can opt for a share auto.

Its a great platform for freshers as you can learn a lot of things here.. especially in Networking domain. Salary offered to freshers is very low in the beginning, but they are willing to pay more to experienced candidates. Almost all the projects here demand you to work in night shifts, thats the only pain about working here...And yes, they have a training bond of 2 years, if you leave within 2 years, you have to pay back the cost of all the trainings theyve given you till date. So, if youve stayed there for around 1.5 yrs, your training cost might be around 1.5 to 2 lakhs. So, if youre not ready to stick here for at least 2 years, find some other company.Apart from that, everything is good..& yes cafeteria is awesome, there are lot of shops in there.. however the prices are somewhat high. So in case you dont wanna spend much, theres another canteen on 10th floor where you can get good food at lower price; and yes, stalls outside office are available all the time.

Good place to kick off your wireless and Lan network career. One will learn L1 and L2 level of troubleshooting here. Pay may not be competitive, however the knowledge that one picks up here is great.

Attend the interview for Technical voice process interview Totally 3 rounds there. 1 st round is HR - Describe yourself ? and discuss our past company experience and salary discussion. The 2nd round is communication, I have spent near 6 to 7 hours for that round but not attended due to overnight nearby 10 pm they will conduct 2 nd round. so, I have left the interview spot without any info. My suggestion is kindly makes a planned & scheduled interview process. Dont waste your time and candidates time also.

The perfect place one who looks for the job in BPO with moderate salary i.e comparatively bit higher than others but you must have some accent in English and non voice process is also available there.

They said im selected already and third round will be formal interview with my manager. eventually they say they cant provide that salary. However, the consultancy Das Manpower said 25k is the max and i was asking for 20k. These guys want experienced candidate that too in 15k. Better i should look for domestic as salary in domestic is around 15k.

Interview process was a bit difficult. When i cleared the interview rounds they gave us the letter of intent, only after the completion of training well receive our offer letters, they might deny us from the offer even after the completion of the training course.

Although working career with css corp is good, the interview process goes like hell. Worst interview ever faced in my career. The HR simply asks for sd and one topic explanation based on some unknown facts she will pick atmost 3 or 4.and then rejecting the all other people.for this css corp is inviting people for interviews? Dont waste your time. Worst experience

HR people dont have coordination with each other. I cleared all 3 rounds there they told me that im selected already, they made me to fill an employment form and eventually they say, they cant offer me the salary that i was expecting. shouldnt i have been told that in the first place? why after 7 hrs of interviews? Moreover, these guys want experienced people that too in 15000 rs. No incentives and cab facility with 2000 rs deduction. Dont you guys feel ashamed of being an international BPO? I really disdain this call centre that plays with the emotion of candidates. I curse you goofs of css.

Great atmosphere but unfortunately there is Only Voice Process for Freshers not eligible for NonVoice but Consultancy people so fake they told us its NonVoice process but once we reach interview voice they said too many security purpose they ask us Pan card phone number and OTP

There is no salary for 45 days training and 2 rounds of interview both are communication 1st round is group discussion and 2nd round is face to face they give importance for ur communication only if ur English is fluent u l be selected

Worst approach in conducting interviews.Especially a HR person who shows more interest in conversing with female candidates than responding to the male candidates.Wastes our time by waiting for the next process.Then they ask us to leave for the day.But there will be no response from them.When we contact,they will say no processing.For god sake,show a bit of professionalism.
