I have never seen such horrible hotel, they were not providing continuous hot water supply, not provided personal kit, and only limited breakfast and dinner. Cockroach and mosquitoes are rooming in the room. Even C-class hotels are far better than this, they doesnt provide luxury, at least they respond whenever we called. Moreover, this hotel is not fit for out comers due to language issues, last and final they room service was worst.As a business traveler, I need peace of mind when I stayed in Room, and hotel service required fast response. But here I called continuously for my requirement but no one responded.

I had booked for premium room and the manager gave us standard room and trying to fool us. This hotel only have 3 premium rooms, one in each floor. I had raised a complaint then finally got only one premium room for the day. The manager was saying that as I have booked and got some discount, so they wont give us the premium room. When we checked in, the rooms were not maintained properly, there were dust in the teacups, washroom door handle and also mosquitoes are there in the room. We have managed somehow with another standard room, its little compact and there was no proper ventilation. I found the service was also not up to the mark. Thanks, to make the things easier for us to get one premium room.

Nice place, Tasty food and room services.Supportive staffs, specially Mr.Satish is very helpful and highly responsive.Main issue is Coffee/Tea not available in the night time (Around 9.00 PM).One more issue which i faced while checking out is that, bill amounts are different for same food (in my case, it was room service) I checked with the receptionist lady, She said sometimes bills are generated by receptionist and sometimes bills are generated by person from food counter so there will be an difference in the bill amount 💁

I had my daughters Bday hosted in Jaags banquet hall on Nov 3 for lunch. Food was excellent and had no flaws in even one dish. All staffs were so professional,cooperative and prompt. Definitely a place where someone can host their parties with all trust on hotels mgmt and chefs skill along with supporting staffs politeness. It will be my straight away choice if I would have to host an another party and would recommend other too. Kudos Jaag hotel. Keep it up and wish the hotel reaches all peaks...

Jaag Banquet Hall - This hall & its service is just awesome in one word.I was looking for a hotel to celebrate my sons 1st bdy in and around Kodambakkam and found this place (luckily). Head count we invited was 70, but this hall can easily handle 150+ crowdI asked for non veg food menu and the banquet manager helped me with the menu that I wanted and priced it accordingly rather than forcing me to choose from their menu listHall looks stunning with good & modern light decoration. It looks grand and flashy and can handle any type of function. They have JBL speakers installed already that could play your songs like thunder and you don’t have to spend additionally on music systemWe were worried about food taste because most the banquet halls provide good hall, but the food taste would be just decent or even bad, but for my surprise the food taste here was extraordinary. Each and every dish tasted goodFinally will have to talk about the Banquets Manager Naveen & the chef joel. He was very sweet and helpful right from the initial enquiry meeting until I finished my function attitude. The Manager listened to all my requests like adding projector, Mic, change in food menu patiently and made them with a smile. The Banquet staffs also were very polite to the guest.For decoration, the hotel would refer a external person and again he was good in his work and the decoration came out so wellFinally, for the clean service they render, their cost is economical. Highly recommend this place!

The hotel is a good value for money hotel. Not a luxurious one. Rooms are decent. Although there was a smell of cigarettes coming from my non-smoking room, the service people promptly took care of it. Food is above average. Location is suitable for US visa appointments. The VAC center is around 1 km away and the consulate is under 3 kms. Overall, pleasant stay.

We had a great experiance right from the Checkin to the checkout. Mr navin was of good help. We did not have much food from jaag. The rooms were spacious and good wash rooms were very clean. Linen was good. Bed sleep quality was nice

This is a sure revisit place for me. This is just because on the neat and cleanliness maintained by people. Definitely they have to still work on customer service but few people in the hotel as very helpful and so courteous. Also after so many visits to the city, I have found this hotel among the best in everything as far as I have seen. I would also suggest the hotel to add on few minor things like not all channels were available and their breakfast can be even better.

Very good business hotel, Newly opened, well connected to city, Rooms are big and well maintained. Surrounding is very quite and peaceful. Hotel staff is very good hotel manager was very nice. Hotel has 2 restaurant one is Punjabi dhaba and second is rooftop restaurant with IPL screening. Food was very good . Breakfast options need to improve only idli dosa they majorly give in breakfast . A great place to hold corporate lunches and events.....staff went out of the way to help us in making the event a grand success. Even last minute increase in the number of persons was accommodated with ease. Food was tasty and additional counter was added at the last minute to handle rush.

Great place to stay at... Recently renovated... Rooms are great and worth the price... The service is excellent led by a very friendly manager... Overall the hotel was excellent. If you are visiting places like Kodambakkam, Nungambakkam, etc., this is the place to stay.

Bathroom need to be refurbished,, too many cockroaches. Fittings are not working properly. Rooms are spacious and nice, they have not kept basic toiloetieris at bathroom .Food was okie ..

I went to their pub/restaurant Trella. The ambience is nice and they have nice outdoor seating(pointless in the Chennai heat) as well. I had their whiskey sour which was not up to the mark. Also it pulls a family restaurant crowd rather than a young vibrant crowd. Not a place for your Friday party but for your romantic dinner.
