These guys are super intelligent, they have a very good infrastructure but their attitude is huh! Never listen to want we say! Lack of professionalism.I especially had a bad experience with people who does photo editing and printing - photographer was a old and matured person and sounded Okay!if you want only passport size photos, look for a better studio around. These People here are busy with big business, lets not disturb!

Pathetic service! We have been their customer for a while printing photos and framing for special occasions but this time we went for printing my dad & father in law (late) photos which indeed require some work as the images are not so clear. But the attitude of photo editing person is very bad from the very beginning as he least bothered to listen to our requirement and keep insisting on charges (300 Rs per photo). But I didnt bother assuming the outcome will be good although I was bit irritated.But when we went to see the outcome of editing to confirm, I was completely shocked to see my dad pic looks completely different. When I was talking to my wife stating that I am not satisfied with the picture, he started complaining about picture quality we provided and says this what we get and there will be charges in case of further changes. I really got furious this time because it is ok to charge for editing but cannot for changes if we are not satisfied as the editing is on the same pic. I am not sure whether they want customer to accept whatever they edit. Secondly, they could have done better and indeed it require some time and effort knowing the tools and option in photoshop but what this person done is something I can simply do it with normal free photo editor. It is simple that they just wanna do quick editing for 10-15 mins and charge 300 Rs for the same and ask additional 300 rupees when you are not satisfied and further changes to be done.So you can avail their service if you are looking for just printing or framing and customer service or professionalism is not a big deal for you. A big No if you want the photo to be edited. They never listen to you and you have to accept whatever they have done and they complain source picture and ask additional charge for further changes.

You can just get soft copies if you want. And price is reasonable.

Went in for a couple of Canvera prints. Though not the fastest, accurate or cheapest of services, on a totality, the service was kind and good!They have a lot of technicians and judging by the setup, they can go large-scale and fast for the basic services I guess.Not only for the lack of a competing studio close by, but also for the good service, Id come back for other services 😊
