I have had a very pleasant experience with FOTON. They are very patient and value feedback. They are willing to work according to client needs and readily make alterations.

I strongly suggest that u hire them only if u r in Chennai... They cannot handle if the clients are outside the city since they need the clients to be physically present for editing.. Our contract clearly mentions motion graphic images under deliverables.. but it was not delivered... Edited images for our engagement couple shoot in studio was not delivered.. Karthick promised to take our post wedding shoot in Singapore.. But it never happened.. After so many months of follow ups (for which there will be months of no response on WhatsApp, for some time we were even blocked on WhatsApp, calls were never returned) the complimentary photo shoot was changed to baby shoot after 2 years in Nov 2020.. Since we had paid in full during our wedding in Sep 2018 itself the team was too lethargic in responding.. I strongly recommend to not have any baby shoot with them bcos they don’t know how to handle a baby... very few photographs were taken and almost a year later in August 2021 we received the baby album with extremely poor composition.. sorry to say Karthick but being unresponsive is not a sign of professionalism... highly disappointed
