Amenities are Good and friendly staff behavior.. I like and recommend it very much.2 things they need to improve..1. Contact Land line number should be available in the website... No computer voice.. its irritating.2. No sign board to find this hotel in the direction towards st.mount. its very difficult to find the hotel.

No lift in the premises, on top of it, You will not get got choice in breakfast, only dosa and sambhar you will get, used/unwashed & dirty cups, dirty tea pot, hair dryer will not work, washbasin tap doesnt work in flow, nothing to save from mosquito, expired Milk packet and no kitchen inside to prepare the dinner..One star for the politeness of the attendent..

At 2k per night (Oct-2019) this hotel is value for money. Neat and clean rooms. staff behaviour is good.bathroom size is small but it is clean. But if you are noise sensitive then this place is not for you. You will have honking noise, metro noise and flight noise inside the room. Not very loud but yes it is there.

I wouldnt recommend it for long stays for international travellers. Cleanliness of the rooms was kinda on the low, looked clean but dusty and the washrooms had like no toiletries (all i found was a used toilet roll) and looked unkempt to be honest. Staff was helpful though and the waiting area was decent but had mosquitoes .

Firstly the hotel tariff is low and hence cant expect much from the hotel. Though having said that the rooms are ultra small, post the double bed there is hard walking space in the rooms also the room cleanliness was average and decor was not well looked after. Hotel provided no or minimal toiletries like soap, shampoo etc. There were many mosquitoes in the room which was annoying to have being bit by them at night. Also we were charged for water bottles that we asked in addition to 1 per room per night.The hotel overall is good for only those who visit the hotel for very short stay or lay overs only.

Nice hotel with practical rooms and very close to the airport in Chennai. Some good food outlets close by. No lift but the team never allowed us to lift a bag, they brought it up to the room and back down to the car when we stayed, great staff.Would recommend!

Food was just average.

The property is just 10-15 meters from the main road. Rooms are clean, spacious and modern. Bed and decor are good. They didnt have a restaurant, but had limited room service. However, there are places of improvement in the service quality. The room contains electric kettle for making tea or coffee, but they didnt provide tea bags, sugar, milk etc. Bathroom, though clean, the shower had extremely poor flow. They could not provide basic things like toilet paper roll! Breakfast menu is provided in the room. But they took one hour and several requests to provide me the breakfast. I hope, the management will take care to improve their service in future.

Value for money especially if you are taking the night for an early morning layover flight. Close to airport. Small but neat rooms. Clean washrooms. Decent toiletries. Biz efficient

Decent for a quick overnight pit stop on a budget if closeness to airport is important and 2-3k is the budget . No galley facilities, so food needs to be swiggied. Rooms are clean. Staff is polite and helpful. Queen size bed along with single bed is also available to cater for three.

Very friendly hotel for families. Located near to chennai airport. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Well groomed staffs. Few negative are there is no elevators for upper floors and no restaurant on site. But its really a nice budget hotel.

The two stars are for Treebo rather than the establishment itself. I made a reservation for two rooms and they relayed the information as being one room, even though my confirmation clearly showed 2 rooms. I had an early morning international flight to catch, and booked the rooms for my parents and in laws. The primary purpose of the room was for me to quickly check all my luggage, take a shower and get going. We got to the room at 10p after spending four hours in Chennai traffic. The guy/owner informed me there was only one room on the reservation, which was the last thing I needed after the horrible drive. He however said there was a cancellation and a room was available. He seemed helpful enough. We had to deal with Treebo and get them to modify their reservation which took about an hour. We got the second room, once that was fixed. The room we got was really clean and well kept, which I was honestly not expecting. The other room wasnt smoke free, but we didnt have an option at that point. It definitely smelled of smoke which was a downer. Noise wasnt an issue for us. Elevator would have been helpful. There was a bellboy to help. Overall, i would stay here again. But Id confirm well before hand to make sure I for the reservation I made.

Been to see a friend of mine who came over for a transit. The hotel is chic & styling is quite pleasing with LED lightings to highlight the environment. The hallway was rather narrow though. Rooms were really functional but lacked space to move around. The general upkeep of the place is maintained well. A good stopover for a quick break & transit. Being not to far from the Airport makes it ideal for stop-over/transit at Chennai.

Pathetic room and food. Hotel lacks basic facilities like cleanliness, infrastructure and food. Not recommended.

This is very good budget hotel of Treebo group. Situated a little away from Chennai Airport but very near to Nanganallur Road Metro Station. Services are really good and service staffs are very responsive.keep it up....

Good place with cooperative staff. Pros. 1. Nearer to airport. 2. Metro station is also nearby. 3. Good food varieties nearby. 4. Supportive staff. 5. Neat and clean rooms.Cons. 1. Little bit tiny place.During my stay of 15 days I have never encountered any problems, once AC in my room was leaking (which can happen anytime), they immediately changed my room. So overall good place for stay.

Rooms are good , neat and clean just that are small. But still it is a good hotel close to airport.By cab it takes 15 to 20 minutes depending upon traffic.By metro it takes just 10 minutes. The Nanganallur road metro station is just 100 meters from hotel.So I would recommend this hotel , and if possible just take a metro from airport to Nanganallur station, both metro lines stop at this station so feel free to take any one of them.

The photos uploaded are very much untrue. The rooms are very small. The AC cover broke and fell on our head in the night. The amenities are not great.Hotel staff is good n helpful though.

Nice transit Hotel.No lift.Good for just a night stay.Very courteous staff.Breakfast included.Rooms are generally available. Even if you don’t have booking, call and go. If don’t want to pay first, then call them for a booking.Not suitable for day stay.Although they book for 3 persons better take another room. The rooms are smaller you get no space to move around after the extra bed.I prefer this place for catching early Morning flights or when coming by late flights.Nanganallur Metro is within a walking distance.Saravanabhavan is also in a walking distance.When you arrive late night and are hungry you can order food (generally Biryani) even at 2am at Treebo itself.

Very good hotel near to Chennai airport. Stayed only for one night. Good service and food is not so good. I would recommend if anyone looking to stay near Chennai airport. There are no restaurants near by.

The rooms were as shown in the picture. I had a different time for check-in and check-out but the hotel manager didnt even complain once. Staff was so polite and so courteous. Loved my stay even if it was for one day.

We travelled with senior citizens ..it should have been the responsibility of the hotel to mention clearly on the site that there are a flight of stair to be climbed...we would have not booked had we known. Secondly the maintainance of the property is very poor. The ac was dripping water in 2 of our rooms ..the buckets in the bathroom were very unclean ..these are just basic things that the hotel could have taken care od ..we booled just because we have had good experiences with treebo before..however next time we will definitely be more careful and not just rely on a brand name

Experience was good. Located near to nanganallur metro station and near to airport. One issue is related to check in. I think they should allow 24 hr check in without charge. But it is there hotel policy to do check in after 10am. If you check in before 5am you will be charged 2 days rent. So plan accordingly. Otherwise all ok. Room service and quality is ok. Food also you can order from outside.

Please dont stay in this hotel. They are cheating in a different way. They are supplying complimentary breakfast fast like street food. No room attendant is good.

The rooms are small but nice. A small homely feel to them. The staff is nice as well. The washroom just like the room was small but manageable. They give all the necessary toiletries. They also provide you with a a kettle in the room for a complementary tea and the breakfast too is complementary.The location is most advantageous for this hotel. It is right next to the main road connecting the airport to the city and also is very close to the airport. A 10-15min drive according to the traffic.A lot of places nearby to eat as well. Main city is also not far away from the hotel if you also want to visit little of chennai.

I had a bad experience here. Suitable if you staying alone. Not more than one can be accommodated here as rooms are not spacious. Hotel provides you 24/7 hot water but they have instant water heater. So you have wait for long to get hot water. No space in rooms to have dinner or evening snacks.

Its near chennai airport having small and cozy rooms. Nicely maintained and clean. Meal is available in room service which is prompt.At night you may not take sound sleep due to sound of taking off and landing of planes, since it is very busy airport.One more thing I felt while going to sleep late night and removed the blanket, I noticed that bedsheet was not changed and was just covered with the blanket.

The Hotel is nice and well maintained. The manger who works during night isnt customer friendly... however the day person is amazing. The stay was plesant and the hotel is clean and well maintained. I stayed 2 nights by paying 2.5k with some discounts. Hope my review was helpful.

Had a very bad and weird experience....booked in this hotel for my friend who was returning from Thailand with his pregnant wife so that its easy to catch the flight next day early morning to kochin.... they were about to reach chennai and suddenly I got call from the hotel staff that we have relocated your room to another facility which us 20 mins away near by since there is some issue with the hotel where I booked...without any arguments we booked the cab and reached the new place which is located in the middle of some place which doesnt have a proper road and is remote ...when enquired about the cab facility for the next morning they were charging double the amount .... such a bad experience
