One of the best store to get all your textile needs. They provide textile products for both male and female of all age groups. You can buy some other household plastic and steel items there. It has totally 8 floors, each floor has each section. Billing is convenient and easy. During festive time it will be very rush , but whatever it may be you can see huge collection. So you can get according to ur taste. They provide all branded textile products, and they provide in wide budget range that can satisfy all kind of people. They provide membership card, so in each purchase, you can add points to it and once it get accumulated, you can change it in to products as you wish. Sufficient parking space is available. It is located on the main road of Chromepet and easy to located from long distance also. Happy shopping

Very poor customer service....if the staff are able to meet the customer requirements they should not work in this environment...they do not show the sarees,, it is like self service specific to Kalyani cotton sarees section on the second floor and on ground floor near the mask section ( cash counter).. service to customers are deteriorating.....very discouraging this was not the situation prior the COVID times

All the floors are well maintained and neatly presented. The materials are in good quality. It is not crowded as many other stores.. You can freely walk the spacious store on all floors. Again if you compare with the nearby other store, this is a Quality Store with Quality Martials. CHENNAI SILK IS SAFE FOR THIS SITUATION OF COVID19
