Haritham events did an outstanding job at my brothers wedding. When planning the marriage, my brother wanted to do it at a hotel.In April 2021, when i searched google, i came across their website. Meera gave me the confidence that she would do a good job. Right from deciding the wedding date to shortlisting the venues, Meera was always there. Their sample seer bhakshanams which they sent to my parents impressed them a lot. The background decorations that was used during the wedding was very attractive. The guests really liked the way in which the wedding was conducted. The bride and groom enjoyed the photo shoots as well. Raghu took some time to explain us how the decorations are eco friendly and how they are reused.We really appreciate the team for putting up a good job and wish them success in all endeavors. Having a function during covid puts a lot of pressure on everyone but, Haritham events has proved that even with all the restrictions and minimal resources they can turn any family function into a grand celebration. We planned to have a very simple sashtiapthapoorthi for my parents within our budget. Meera aunty, Raghu uncle, Shyamala maam and their team exceeded all our expectations and made the function a very big success..right from back drop to maakolam everything was top notch..they took care of everything and I really admire their commitment towards their work and their clients..the quality and taste of food was soo good , they have very unique food items on their menu, all d guests cudnt stop talking about the Food and the perfection in their work. Usually other commercial event planners would just coordinate the event remotely or pass on their work to other staffs but thats not the case with haritham events..during our event Raghu uncle sat thru the entire event just to make sure that there were no hindrances during the function..that level of dedication is a very rare find..We would recommend Haritham events to all those who want a team that goes an extra mile to satisfy their clients, make them happy, fulfill their expectations and also make the family function a very memorable one.

Being the first function in our family, we were so confused in chosing the right event planner. Then after some google search , we stumbled upon Haritham events. Right from the start we never felt out of place. Sriram uncle guided us in choosing the apt stuff as per our requirements. Even though we approach them only for decor, Sriram uncle was kind enough to helpful throughout and also gave his suggestions from his experience in every way making our work easier.Coming to their work , they will fullfill your needs more than you expect. Our name board was also special special to us. Our special requirement was a peacock made of Orchid flowers, as we expected it became the centre talk of our decor.The best thing about Sriram uncle is his friendly approach and guidance as a family member and his continued support throughout our event. We are very much by their timely and perfection in their work. Only concern we had is their pricing . But they do justice to it. My special thanks to Sriram uncle for his continuous support (as my own uncle) and he eased the burden on a whole. Our bride groom search for our beloved Sister doing her post graduation in US got fixed all of a sudden by gods grace. Although they have provided other services, catering tops it all. Our wedding was before 8 months. Still people recall how great the food was. We strongly recommend Haritham if your primary concern is about the food you provide.We had a temple wedding. Haritham events had arranged the decor, things needed for the wedding, frequently got in touch with the temple pandits. For reception, decor was done by decorators in the marriage hall, as they did not allow outside decorators. Photography was extraordinary(done by Haritham).Raghu and Mira have vast experience and are more open to your suggestions and criteria. Quality in everything they are involved. Our wonderful experience with Haritham Events... About 2 months back, we decided to celebrate our daughters birthday in a grand way. When we compiled the invitee list, it ran upto about 25 kids and including their accompanying parents and a few other relatives, was close to 60 people. I engaged them to perform a birthday function (one with ritual in the morning and other for smaller group of friends in the evening) recently. Both were carried out to our satisfaction. They came at least twice to the place, to check the space, do a calculation of number of people, and had an alternate plan in case some space crunch comes up. They were quick to take charge and carry out. All of us heaved a sigh of relief as we were able to focus on rituals and spend time with guests and relatives. 12 months ago, my husband and I were in the thick of wedding preparations, and 3 months out from the biggest event we had ever needed to conduct. It was a huge adventure to say the least, and now that we have had time to reflect, all we can say is, we will be forever grateful to the charming and most capable Mira and all of her lovely team at Haritham Events. We got in touch with Haritham Events soon after the engagement of our son and daughter-in-law, Vinod and Anusha. Our family has been living in Australia for nearly 50 years. We travel to India regularly and have close family there, nevertheless, the thought of conducting an Indian wedding with just a 6-month window was most daunting!!Our fears were soon laid to rest. From our very first meeting, it was clear that Haritham Events stood out from the rest. We were struck by their calm, pleasant, professional and organised manner. Nothing was going to be too much trouble. Their hands-on experience with everything an Indian wedding comprises was most obvious. We wanted the celebrations to be something special. They were not at all fazed by anything. They quickly understood what we wanted to achieve and were on board with us from day one. More than a partner, they were like a close family member or friend, during the preparations. We could contact Mira any time, and she and her team were so responsive and helpful.Their sense of quality was simply impeccable! All the suppliers they put us in touch with, were first class. The catering was superb, and reasonably priced, all our guests commented on the delicious food and menu variety. The organisation of the décor, nadhaswaram and chanda mela, DJ and dance floor, groom and bride arrival, make-up, mehendhi, sari drapers etc were all brilliant. We held the wedding in Villupuram and had many overseas guests from Australia, Canada and the USA. Haritham expertly organised all the logistics from Chennai, and in Villupuram, where our guests were spread across two hotels.They were cool and calm even with very last-minute requests, such as posting of wedding invitations, 24-hour tailoring for overseas guests, nalangu ceremonies in Chennai, late inclusion of fireworks, and additional seer bakshanam when we ran short. The choreographer they arranged, Pooja, was magical, she built an amazing rapport with our nieces and nephews, bride and groom, and our overseas visitors and somehow got everyone Bollywood dancing in a very short time. Her Bharatanatyam performance in the reception was wonderful. The stage preparations for the wedding ceremony were top quality, we were also able to talk to the priests beforehand and ensure all was in accordance with our family traditions.We arrived in India about 3 weeks before the wedding and apart from handing out invitations, everything else was in their hands. They simply told us to enjoy this very special time of our lives. The wedding, reception, mehendhi function and trip to Villupuram and back, were three days of happiness that we will never forget. We were able to let go and enjoy each day unfold, as we knew Haritham were there behind us. My husband and I were the focal point throughout, they consulted about every detail and always made sure we were happy. We should also mention that Haritham also organised a Shashtipoorthi ceremony for us in the week leading up to the wedding. This was held at Luz House in Mylapore and the décor, flowers, catering, priests, rituals were wonderful. All our guests said it was a beautifully-organised occasion.Being based overseas, there is simply no way that we could have realised the dream wedding we envisioned for Vinod and Anusha, without the team at Haritham Events. We just cannot say this enough. Even writing this review has made us feel so emotional. Thank you Mira, Raghu and Shyamala from the bottom of our hearts for the lifetime memories you helped us to create, during those three unforgettable days in August 2018.

Marriages are made in Heaven. Cliched statement. ............. Marriages today are made at Haritham. My daughters wedding was flawleessly planned and seamlessly executed by Mira, Shyamala, Raghu and the Haritham team. 21/2 days of just fun, laughter and merriment. None of the usual last minute nerves or jitters. From the welcome for the brides family to the flowers and tiara for the bride, the nadawaram greeting for the bride grooms family till the kattu saadam , events rolled in, in clockwise precision. The food left the guests licking their lips in anticipation of the next meal. The live coffee that ran through the entire shift kept the guests thirsting for more. The decor came in for high praise as did the seer bakahanam. The caterers were like mother hens, running around ,making sure that the guests were comfortably seated before serving them. 15 days post the wedding, I am still flooded with compliments on a job well done. Thank you Haritham. This is just the beginning......For those looking out for just an event management company, you have a wide chice. To begin with we never knew each other it all started with an email to an amazing evening.... We dont have anything to take back but positive things and amazing memories to say about Haritham Events! We had Meera as our coordinator, her communication from the beginning was top notch. She was available for texts, phone calls, and emails whenever we had questions, and she would always respond promptly. In addition, whenever we needed vendor recommendations, she was able to help us with stellar recommendations, from our florist to the DJ, and even the string lights and table linens. We cant thank Meera enough for helping our Mehandi/ Sangeet go so smoothly. Most of all, we appreciate that her team was professional, kept to the time schedule, and stayed calm no matter what issues came up. It was easily one of the best decisions we could have made to help us through the wedding planing process. We will be sad that the wedding is over, but we are so happy that we gain a friendship in return! Thanks again Haritham events for making it very special! We couldnt have done it without you!

Recently we had engaged haritham events to organize a birthday function . They did a fantastic and thorough professional job right from choice of venue, logistics , and events for all the guests. Hello -We have been wanting to write a review for Haritham events for quite a while now. So here goes -Disclaimer: Fairly long read, grab some popcorn or scroll down to the end for the Tl;dr versionMy wife and I are in the US and we decided to get a wedding planner for our wedding in India. My in-laws found Haritham events group online and after a couple of initial logistics, finalized them for our wedding. We were given a moderately sized list of things to do :) The list included finalizing the make-up artist, the DJ, photographer, selecting the dresses, the décor, songs, just to name a few. We were overwhelmed and exhausted by the time we finished the list.Fast forward to the wedding: We flew to India and we finally got the chance to meet with Mira aunty. It was a pleasant surprise to know that she is from Kerala too (my side of the family is from Kerala) and we bonded instantly after that. We had five events planned for our wedding - mehndi/sangeet, engagement, reception, the wedding itself and nalangu/vilayadal.Every event went by perfectly! Mira aunty and her crew were present during all of these events and they had the list of items required for all these events readily available. If anything was missing/required, they were right on top of it! Best part was during all the events, Mira aunty and her crew were always smiling and ready to accommodate any requests we made. She didnt even sigh or flinch at the slightest. She is an amazing person (to say the least)!They went above and beyond to include little surprises here and there (I dont want to ruin the surprise for you :))My mum told me that several of her office colleagues appreciated the way Haritham events organized things and they event got their contact info for future reference!I dont even know the number of things, to-dos, vendors contacted, events managed that went in for our wedding but I know this:Tl;dr: We did not have to worry about a single thing during our wedding. Everything was readily available or made available. Mira aunty and her crew made sure we did not feel the slightest pain of organization/management and that we only focus on the wedding and nothing else. Because of Haritham events, I thoroughly enjoyed my wedding and I wish that I could relive all of these lovely moments with my wife, family and with Haritham events again! DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED! :)P.S. The food was amazing!!!!!!

Some things and people in life are too good to be true. I would say that of Haritham Events. They took complete charge of my daughter’s wedding and did an amazing job of it. Every one had only appreciation at the end of the wedding for us – especially for the awesome food they served over the entire wedding.Coming from a traditional Thanjavur family Food was the only thing we were particular about right from the beginning and I must say they exceeded all expectations on that. Food is one area where they score hands down.Right from the menu to the service there was nothing wanting from their side.Mira & team went about the entire proceeding with so much of ease and professionalism that they endeared themselves to the whole family with their personal involvement.Decor was stunning, simple & pocket friendly.And every service – be it décor or varisai plates or the Thamboolam bags – had a touch of class and creativity. And their attention to detail stupefied even the vadyars who appreciated their knowledge of the sampradayas.Raghu – a world class photographer who we were fortunate to work with. The Images, albums are brilliant to say the least.What I liked about them the most was their non – commercial attitude right from day one. While all other event managers we checked out were harping only on the financial commitment these people never hesitated to share any info despite knowing the fact that we were looking at other options. Superb organisational skills complemented by a soft humane apppraoch to dealing with myriad variety of people who attend the event. Haritham had organised my son’s “Nichayatharham” function in Chennai meticulously to the last detail. The ability to handle surprises or new demands that crop up at any event is to be appreciated. My only job was to pick and choose what I wanted from the various options given -be it stage decor, food, gifts , garlands, etc . Living in Coimbatore I did not make any visit to Chennai to organise the event and just turned up at the venue on the day of the event to receive the guests .Even the Pooja material etc was organised to the requirement of the priests.Trust me- Delegate your event management worries to Haritham and enjoy the event as a guest.

Haritham events managed my daughters Ayushomam that was held in Chennai, India this year in July. One common positive feedback which friends and family are still raving about was the catering and the exclusive menu that was customised. The quality of service was commendable and eye for detail deserves special mention. I am writing a review here not because you asked me to share my experience but ONLY because what you did at my cousins wedding was awesome in the short time and you made me a HERO in front of my family.To cut a long story short here i was in the middle of tackling the toughest of clients with year - ending issues as a IT Senior Consultant and i got a call from my uncle to say that my cousins wedding had been fixed to take place in the next 30 days and in the city where i lived. As a responsible brother he expected me to pitch in with all details within a weeks time when he had planned to fly down from Dubai. Had a wonderful experience working with Haritham - Shriram and Mira Aunty who became like a part of our family. While we couldnt understand much of the cost breakup , and had many many discussions, the final result was amazing. Okaaay now there are lots and lots to tell about them.They are family. We all became very close that they were not a third person to us , they became family. Once they start talking to you they understand you very much and they understand your taste and give suggestions based on our taste. Once you tell them what you want for your function , its not your headache after that, its theirs. I doubt even family would do this much , they have worked for us like theirs. Starting from the mehendi function for my marriage , the decoration , the foooooood, the songs, the photography, etc i am totally happy with them :D . Next the janavasam entry , i was in tears literally :D the beautifully decorated umbrella for the groom and the bride woaaaaah just awesome :D , the dancers , the way they welcomed us was overwhelming :D , the MC (Mr.Karthik) was fully involved in the show. We also had magic shows , photobooth for the reception. Phtography *Photostrophe* was fully interested and showed a lot of interest in everything. It was such a relief that I found Haritham Events and talked to Sriram. I had been planning for my housewarming for quite sometime… did the invitations and distributed to family and friends. But, being in Chennai, I could not figure out where to go and how to arrange for the function. I was having hard time and sleepless nights as the day was approaching. Eventually I found Haritham Events… after going thru all the reviews, I decided to call Sriram. He just dropped by at my site in few hrs. The rest was an eventful, smooth, colorful and most importantly a memorable day.We were very open and candid with each other in terms of what is required, negotiating the price, choice of items, etc. I learnt that the more open we both were upfront, the less strenuous it becomes. The arrangements they made, the decorations they did without compromising, the food they catered, the personal attention the team provided was amazing. Great work by the whole team. Every arrangement was done on time… the quality of service was exactly as discussed upfront, in fact some of the flower decorations were exceedingly good. Everyone loved the work they did and the food they served. Sriam was there in person to ensure we felt comfortable and took care of little things in person.. an amazing guy. Yeah… it is true that if you spend money, anyone can do this. Not true. We started as a business dealing but eventually turned out to be a family discussion and arrangement… both myself and Sriram never felt like vendor-customer, rather he was our extended family trying to do his best to help our family arrange for the function. I would definitely recommend Haritham for anyone’s family events. Keep it up Sriram & team…!! Our wishes for more such bonding in the future...
