Small screen sound ok ticket buy ac but i feel non ac theatre😂

Seats are placed straight and not in stepper manner. And seats are also not push back... But audio bass effect was awesome.... Can improve seats and ladies toilet...

Gud theater ,colurful interior,large space seatings,poor parking facility and toilet facility.

Not maintaing time, I booked for 7pm show but it started at 7:45pm. Rest room is not clean. Balance is ok

Today(13/01/2021) I booked tickets for Master (7pm show). Suddenly the theatre Employees said the show has been cancelled due to some problem and returned the money for the tickets. Its one of the worst scenario, getting tickets for Vijay sir movie is very demand and moreover its the First day ticket. Many fans who came to watch the movie were so disappointed, atleast the theatre has to compensate by giving us another show, but they simply returned us the money. I am very disappointed on their actions. I request not to repeat the same.

Good seating and sound quality is good ! Had booked 10am show but surprisingly they had started the movie around 9.30am it self after the fight they played the movie from the beginning. Importantly People / Theater staff keep opening the door and the sun glar is really annoying .

Seats are nice and the cost is really competitive comparing PVR or other theaters. Quality of sound and lighting, rest rooms food and snacks is really excellent. They have really thought of middle class and made rates like this so more No of people visit and enjoy. Cost of food and snacks is minimum and quality is excellent... Appreciate their good intentions to Carter people if Chennai and middle class to enjoy with their family.

Good place with only 4 to 5 car parking. Better to come on 2 wheeler or public transport. Seats are good after renovation. Picture quality and Sound quality are also good.

Good family theatre with nice projection and audio system

It is one of the Oldest Theatres in Chennai. They have retained external appearances as it was. I must really appreciate the Owners for retaining the Old looks.But once we go inside, it is entirely different. Interiors have been nicely done. Modern upto date Projection and Sound System. Seats though without push back are good. Rest Rooms requires improvement.More than anything rates are very moderate. They charge only Rs.120/- for Balcony. Another welcome thing, the rates of Food items are also very reasonable, unlike other Greedy theatres who rob the Movie Goers.Overall, I enjoyed visiting this Theatre. Full Marks to Janatha Theatre.

It is lower to medium range theater. Screen size and sound system is good/ok. Snacks prices are somewhat reasonable. Parking area is not enough. Its average range theatre. You can enjoy your movie if your not expecting more. Seating little tight.

One of the close by local theater.. medium size screen with decent seating.. watched a couple of films there.. normal ticket cost compared to multiplexes.. parking is okay.. restrooms could have been maintained better..

Recently , i took my family to this theatre, after reading all the positive reviews.But i was completely stunned right from entrance where i could smell the bleaching powder smell. I went for 9:330 PM show. There was no AC they they have AC, they decided to turn it off, since the crowd is less.It was so uncomfortable that we had to leave the theatre in the middle of first half of the movie.

Old building upgraded. AC, air purifier, cleanliness were ok. Old toilets. Provision for few car parking (not many cars comes). Standard foodie centre, no lounges.

Its an average theatre. A/C doesnt work in between. Seats are comfortable. Sound is not as good as other Rs.160-Rs.200 theatres. Snacks are at reasonable prices. No car parking. But there is a small area for bikes. Overall, its a worthy.

Sound experience was too good and really loved the snacks rate are too low, i went lot theater but surprised while seeing the quote of this theater canteenlovely place with low budget snacks

Very nice environment, well maintained a/c, snacks available, restrooms not upto mark can be maintained even better. Two wheeler parking available inside theatre complex and also outside, but still can be made even better.

It is very walkable from both Pallavaram Bus Stop and Railway Station.We do get seats through both online as well as counter.Very good ambience.Mainly they are good in selling packed branded chips and water bottles.It is not like high cost snacks and all. It is nominal when compared with other theaters.Very good people at reception and stores.Can give rating above five points.

I think sitting at last row in first class is better than sitting at the balcony. Sound systems can be experienced well at first class tickets only. Over all good theatre in this class.

The theatre was a good one. Nice screen and comfy seats. The seats were not adjustable though. The canteen was fine. The restroom was the worst. They had a pretty good parking place for 2 wheelers

I would give three and a half....the seating arrangement is awesome and the theyre ambience is also good....But one thing they really need to improve is Restrooms..men and especially women who are used to multiplex may not like these old fashioned and not so clean Restrooms....apart from that not much complaints :)Parking rate and canteen items are sold at normal pricing....

Janatha Theatre - This is an old theatre, which is still operational and well known place among the residents in South Chennai. There are renovations done towards this theatre, with new look and upgraded sound systems. Renovations have given a fresh image to this Theatre and becoming popular.

If you want to avoid the extra expenses because of going to the screens in big malls its a good option. But the amenities and the wash room is not maintained well. Can enjoy the movie

Neat and tidy,.. After renovation, they have changed the interiors but exterior looks the same. Which might remind the old thought among people. Yep, for middle class family, this cinema is fit at reasonable cost.

Picture quality is not good...poor stalls and poor food quality .I think they provide the remains of yesterdays food..No checking for backpacks .You can watch movie if you are determined to watch ..because I wouldnt recommended..and there is no AC only fans

If you like multiplex then is this not the theather for you... Its a theatre with old school charm. They have upgraded their seating and is located in a small street with is always crowded. Driving in a car and finding a safe place to park is very hard here so going by public transportation or two wheeler is the best choice. Old fashioned popcorns and puff and rasna in packets make up for interval snacks. I enjoyed the experience.

One of the good theater in second grade theaters. Outside looks its looking mass. If u r very near u can prefer this theater. Its okay to go with family not much prefer.

Its an okay theatre to watch Tamil movies and Tamil Dubbed movies. Its not safe at night even in morning too.. most of the times there will be drunkards as its close to wine shop. The theatre has quite a number of seats. And it is also comfortable.

I gave 4 stars to Janatha theatre. Lets forget abt why I gave 4 stars y not 5 stars. That 1 star is for night show. Operator reduce volume of the movie in night show thats why I didnt give 5 stars
