When the plots they show us have legal issues they do not refund the complete booking deposit. It is not advisable to pay booking deposit to them. They force us to pay booking deposit (2 Lakh) only then they give us the xerox copies of property documents to share with lawyers for legal opinion. When the legal opinion is not positive and we withdraw, this organisation is deducting 10000Rs. Which is unfair. Hence, people please stay away from these guys.This is my own genuine experience.
We have purchase a home that was built by ashok metrovaram builders.The customer handling after sale of plot is horrible.They cut the call when the customer is unhappy on the call.If any of you are coming here to buy a ready-made villa please get a written statement with basis thing done before shifting like eb phase 1,2 and 3 gate latch hole drilled and aay patch up needed before shifting.Please be aware of the after sales service which is bad here.
Place is good and serene but amenities like transportation,shops etc has to improve. It will take few years for this place to develop into a full fledged residential area. Sales team arranged a car and were nice

Good locality for future investment to a green life
Price of this plot is ₹1,200 today(22-Feb-21).Where as plot in this local area is just ₹400.This place is no near to any known area.Only one bus from Madhavaram is available.It took more than 15years to see few buildings in vadaperumbakkam which was once same like this area but atleast near to highway and Madhavaram.If you opt for investment this is not right place with this price.Water logging will block you from reaching to location from Madhavaram in rainy days.Definitely you cant build for next 15years.Its completely commercial zone, no purpose of residential.Make sure you either get at low price less than ₹800 or better avoid this place.
I bought 1800 sq ft. Back side of Akshoka metrovaram one year back, its just 7 lakhs, but Ashoka metro 550 sq ft 7lakhs its too high rate. But only thing is CMDA plots. Will develop after15 year.
A spacious car was arranged by the back office to visit the site.The sales guys at site were polite and professional. Took us around the plots and villas and explained about the landmarks in the vicinity.Had a good experience. Thanks to the team.

From Metrovaram, we have to search where is madhavaram? Where is metro station? Where is bus and where are the buildings?

Decent Price with CMDA Approved Plots. Compare to Other Company Plots. Ashok Metrovaram Project is Low Cost with Successful Project. I Like it. Moreover, Street Space are good. In Future, Middle Class People also buy a car and Easy to Drive with Decent Road Space.

As the name suggest ashok METROVANAM they say tis is very near to metrostation,but u know how far is metro station from tis layout 8 kilometre.
Costly moreover interior of vilangadupakkam, they tried to sell back side portion. If we ask the front one, they said locked for future.
