Its spacious and cheap. It has friendly old neighborhood vibe and most importantly is safe for single female occupants. Houses are not fancy but is surrounded by all the amenities one need within 100 meter radius.

Calm place to live abutting the Highway, surrounded by good hospitals, markets, gasoline stations, well connected by bus, auto, cabs, etc. Very near to CMRL Alandur stn. and Chennai Intl. Airport...✈️🛩️🛫🛬

Good place for families but the only problem is water scarcity in this area... Otherwise its a good place... Near to bus stop, KFC, Groceries and other daily needs

Living environment is good.It is very good and clean.It is like a government quarters.Availability of transportation , Hospitality, Education, Hotels.. etc.,Problems :*water problem is there.*Also mosquito.You cant sleep well in nights.*Security now ok. 2 months before my friend Laptop is lost. And our near by roommates mobile and purse was theft.

Its good apartments over there but they so low below the ground level of road.

Average place to live. Security is for name sake. Place it downwards from road, so chances are there for water stangnance during rain (as the neighborhood told, during Chennai flood it was affected badly). You have to pay maintenance 1200, doesnt worth. Freshers can live for short period, as the rent of the flats will be less. I have stay in nearby kuindy to porur main road, so easy to travel at any location.

Nice place for living and easy in accessing all parts of the city and around kanchipuram.

More than 40houses are in regency park.existing with mixed of both bachelors and families
