Good working place but not so much fun which makes people stressed n worried.equiniti should be looking at employees happiness.

Located in DLF. I have attended interview Nice interview process. Can improve feedback response. You can park your two wheeler near DLF arch after getting pass. Otherwise they are having paid parking for visitors which you have to pay for how long you spend inside the campus.

Yesterday I call for job interview at tomorrow but suddenly they are said cancel the interview.they are cheating the candidates.

I could give not even a star. Ive been called for a scheduled walk in. I cleared 1st round. Later I was called for a second round of interview, in which I was vividly told that I will get another call for the next manager level round, I felt really happy and returned home. Few days back as I didnt get any call,I called up the HR for update, he said it seems negative response. I felt like WHAT? SERIOUSLY? THEN WHY DO THEY GIVE FALSE HOPES. I travelled more than 1.5 hours to reach here, was even happy when they said I will be called for another round but why do they act so IMPULSIVE, I dont understand.

Hi guyswhat I will suggest is it is a good financial service company.I gone there for manual testing openingFirst round was technical written test(it was quite tough but good)Second round was to test our communication levelThird round was technical HRAnd final round was also technical HR(technical lead or manager will take this round)All this process done in 2 hrsHR was so nice and friendlyI got the offer from them.From my point of view it is a good company

Went for an interview in this concern. Located at 7th floor in DLF IT park. Only thing is management is collecting parking fee for people who are coming for interview, we are being called for interview and we are paying money to get interviewed. A valid call letter should put an end to this

Fresher can join here they can learn lot but if you start comparing this company with other corporates..then you will feel like your still in school ( operations side).

I went for Manual testing walk-in interview on 19.01.2019 at 11.55 am, i called around 4’o clock for 1st round of interview, he asked 1st “tel about my self”, 2. Any knowledge about Agile, 3. Any idea about retesting & SQL but he didn’t ask any query and explanation about retesting, simple he asked “do u have any questions” and he said that “you can leave for the day” . Very worst experience, already one time I went for the interview & i got selected in 1st round & they said that manager is not available so will arrange 2nd round of interview on Monday, but they didn’t arrange, this is my second time experience, so please guys don’t go to interview in Equinity & waste your time instead you just spend time with your family or enjoy with your friends,.

I remember once i attended interview in this company. There were two guys who took interview for the first round. Those people asked so many questions back to back without a pause. Before answering to one question , the next question was asked were i dint even had time to breath. Some how i managed and cleared the first round. on the second round they asked me for the next day. But later when i called HR, they said im rejected for no reason. Its one of the worst experience interview. Youll hate it like a hell. Guys stop wasting your time and dont go for this company. Very worst interview pattern to candidates. Requesting management to work on this. Very poor and negative approach to employees.

Interview process is worst you may not get selected even after answering all the Interview questions, my interview lasted for 1 hour 30 mins and after 3 days they rejected you for no reason. They will not disclose the reason for rejection.After a month one of my colleague attended the interview for same profile (position is still vacant), he had 2 rounds of face to face interview, one with GM, Project Manager and other with MD, he answered all the questions as he was in the field for more than 5 years, unfortunately after 2 days he got email from HR that We regret to inform you that you have not been considered this timeEven after successfully clearing 2 rounds of interview you should not be confident that they will select you, they will reject you for no reason

One of the best Workplace in DLF to work with. Many onsite opportunities. Highly recommended. Good payscale. Learning capabilities are more as well as less work pressure. FTSE 50 Company. Main office is in Worthing, UK and Ive been there for 6 months. Business Focus is Capital markets.
