The most exciting part here is a garden of Mango Trees that steels the view.It has been occupied with only two companies one is First source and the other is HCl on the time of writing this review.There is only one main entrance where everything will b checked before entering as construction is still going on each and every labour will b checked before they enter into the campus.To park vehicals there is underground parking as well as outside parking and been distributed as per the company.U can enter the floors from two main sides where two receptions available with and 4 lift areas each area will have 4 lifts having two areas on each side.Plam trees are extra eye catchy here u can find monkeys sometimes dont worry u wont b having snakes inside the campus its absolutely safe environment and keeps everytime clean and fine by the team of OTP.Separate floor for the food is available where only one vendor available as of now which is a bit creepy to reach everytime for food there.

This IT park was under construction for long time and finally opened.It is located in Navallur and easily accessible via bus, share autos and vans.

Excellent place for the companies. all places are walk-able distance only. If you are frustrated at work, you can do sight seeing the buckingkam canal behind the office. It was safer zone, when chennai attacked by flood and cyclone

Feasible Nature to Work

Excellent location with access from all parts of Chennai city through frequent MTC bus services. Moreover, Metro train is under construction and will be operational in next few years. Navalur is the most demanded location in Chennai due to residential and commercial developments.
