Mesmaa is simply doing great job. I really wonder how body fitting from top to bottom is perfectly superb with the minimal measurements we gave. Quality of the cloth is good too. Stiching is fantastic. Only issue I faced is they stick to some maximum height length which will not be like floor length dress for tall ladies. Also it would be better if they mention price details on instagram page for each products. Overall Im very happy with Memsaa and I recommend it for others as well. Eventhough they says working time is 3 to 4 weeks they deliver the products in 2 weeks of time which is again a great job done by them. Thank You Mesmaa. Im sure you will be in my all time favorite shopping list and I continue shopping with you. THANK YOU !!

Very very disappointing!! No response to any issues!!My 2nd order with Mesmaa has been very disappointing. I ordered lavander gown. It looked pretty at the first sight. But it has stains in chest area on both the sides.I have been trying to reach them, but no response at all. Their customer service is extremely poor. Addressing customer issues is the prime factor in any business.Below is my old review I had posted 2 months ago, for my first order. Unfortunately the same is not applicable for my 2nd order. Hence giving 1 star now.____________________________________I ordered full length gown, which was a combination of kalamkari fabric, raw silk fabric , mirror work and patch workExtremely good quality fabric, and the dress is exactly the same as in pic. I asked for additional dupatta, they were open to suggestions too, and provided an apt dupatta too.Stitching is just perfect, as if I gave body measurements. Worth every penny.

I usually dont write a review but Mesmaas service impressed me a lot that I wanted to write about it...I m so glad that I found the perfect designer for designing my outfits...!!! I have received such a lovely response from the designer. She designed my dress perfectly with a lot of patience and delivered it on time. the designer is so patient and friendly too. They always have the latest collection and reasonably great prices compared to all other boutiques in Chennai..their unique pieces makes me choose Mesmaa for all my occasions.. !

So Beautiful designs, vibrabt colors quality, quality fabric and excellent shipping packages and shipment on time. Colors look exactly like in pictures. Mesmaa is my favorite store, will give five stars 🌟

Don’t know how to talk with a customer ... before entering the door itself one assistant girl saying “outside fabrics are not allowed” THAT WAS SO HARSH .... as a customer i am getting 12 blouses to do embroidery stitching in Mesmma , this is the way assistant behave with the customers.Losing customers like this due to assistance behaviour talk. Actually owner is really nice..assistant did not even allow me to talk .

I ordered a dress online and added some customisation. They have stitched the dress perfectly.. it was so pretty.. Would like to order more😄😄

I odered a product... Infact asked for a normal pic .. and they said it was taken from mobile camera without editing ... And the product which I got was totally disappointing..that too the fabric is too worst (i am sure I cant have this in my wardrobe too)..the cloth might only cost about 500 bt I had payed 3700 and I had asked her for the total color difference and she is like that cloth color is not peach and we dint mention in the details too... Please ensure not to buy from this boutique as their motive is not to satisfy the customers but just to get the amount... I am returning this product to her and she mentioned that she wont return the amount too... Because these kind of people have no ethics in their own job .. let them sell the one I return and be happy with that amount too ... Atleast then let them change the character and ensure to satisfy the customers...

Last month it was my wifes birthday.. So wanna surprise her with a gift so ordered 8 sets of both regular and traditional wear.. And everything was perfectly custom made in size and colour I chose online plus one the staff Nivedha designer communications were perfect in regards to quality of material and pricing. If the shop owner is reading this.. He or she please giving you round of applause for having perfect designer employed at your store. Very very Poor customer service. Only focus on getting the money from people. Only shop Ive seen which gets money even before delivering the product. Uses cheap quality material for stitching but charges high. They used a cheap quality zipper for the dress I ordered which was torn and all threads were coming out. When asked about it they said it was fine when they delivered it. Whereas I had found it immediately after they delivered. Its thier policy not to do alterations and say that stitching will be perfect but its the worst. I wish I can give them a zero star if theres an option. I got fooled seeing her Instagrams post. They charge so high but dont even give you a proper bill, they give a hand written bill and charge 2% for swiping debit card. The owner is least bothered about what you want. Dont ever go to this place. Its a waste of money.Am least bothered about your apology. So you do agree that you sell cheap quality materials 😂!! Thank you!
