I purchased my bike pulsar here and did most of the service for the first five years. Today 27 April 2021, I came here for general service. I am not happy with the service provided here for service of the vehicle. They have taken three days to do a general service of the vehicle. I never seen a help desk like this, they are not responsible, arrogant and not listen to the customer. I dont wanna give a single star too but I dont have any option. I suggest the bikers dont give service here because of the service provided and charging like anything. I was charged around 2800 for general service. When I was enquired to the help desk, a girl she was telling like I dont know, you just ask the mechanic. The employee here are more crowded than the customer, and r not working most of the time and simply chatting. I think the owner is not concentrated in the business. This may b my last service in this work shop. Guys think twice before giving for service. Better search a new service center.

Very high rate of interest for any ktm or Bajai bikes compared to other showrooms and also very high labour charges when you go for bike services to fix a head light its actual coat for Rs 350 but the labour charges was 500. Personally I wont recommended

Worst ever ktm service center in Chennai, dont ever to go to this service station, before six months for paid service I was charged 13000., I have been using my ktm for almost 5 years but all my services not crossed more than 8000 but 13000 for just an average service, I Went to this station since it is near to my house, I will never ever suggest to any ktm owners to visit, Today I went to other service center I was charged only 5000 for the same service and it was super good.Why there is so much difference when they are going to do same serviceI regret going to this service center worst ever 😠😠😠

Worstest service centre of ktm in chennai . Totally waste of money and time by spending in this showroom . The owner doesnt know how to treat the customers , he is justifying his mistakes and talking very silly . It seems that the mechanics does not have any experience though !!!!! My bike becames very worst condition after 1 week of service . They didnt done it in a proper manner . I met with an accident because of their carefullness !!!! ( they didnt screw the tyre hugger of bike , so it locks in my rear wheel and the rear wheel suddenly stopped and the auto who comes behind me , crashed my bike and i got heavy injuries ) . Their small carefullness make me to suffer the burden . So dont go with thiruvottiyur ktm and bajaj showroom ... plz go with any other ktm showroom !!!!
