Priced high and reduced as offer. Most of the offers while billing they are telling its cash back through their app later, so forcing to download their app and only one piece of an item allowed to be added to the app registered in one mobile number. Forcing to download apps in all mobile numbers available. Not planning to go back. That was first time visit.

Buyer Beware - Double check expiry dates of all products before you purchase. And if you’re brave enough to shop here just be cautious of the fact that the Supervisors and senior staff members on the floor are against wearing masks for the safety of their own staff and the customers.Here is my complaint registered at the store for expired products put up on the shelves,and two so called senior staff members violating the store and malls safety policy.I love shopping at Big Bazaar but it’s people like these guys, I have to shop elsewhere where I feel safe and comfortable.Hopefully the management notices this and takes proper precautions for the safety of their customers and staff.

I have placed an order online and I received a defective product for which I have raised multiple requests for a return.None of the store team has responded properly.i have been calling to customer care and they keep telling the same that they will get back to me within 4 hours which hasnt happened at all.Worst customer care service.If u guys dont respond to customers requests u better dont take the order at all .you guys are not worth even one star

Wats the use of us bringing our own bags... U ask us to open it only after we come out of the shop.then we have to put the groceries outside into the bags ourselves...when enquired why not inside, one of the store managers said, the security will check everything... But other stores allow you to open the bags during checkout...dont know what kind of policy it is.!!

Received Different Item.Asked for replacement. But no action yet.Also our complaints are marked as resolved without any action.worst customer support.

I had to give negative star. Since the option is not possible I need to go with this. I ordered items online and while delivering multiple items worth 400 rs were missing. That was mentioned in the bill too. But the auto refund was initiated for just 5 rs. I tried reaching to customer care number with no success. There was a mobile number came with the bill and it was always switched off. Wrote email complaint and didnt hear a single response. Worst service. I regret my decision to have ordered via bigbazaar and that too in Skywalk branch

Treating of customer is very bad by the securities, i understand its obvious that they want to verify the purchase of bill. but its doesnt mean you can remove everything from bag and not putting them back the way it was organized. & this happens next after the bill is paid on counter. like its obvious no one is gonna steal anything where there is only exit after bill purchase is done

They told many offers BUT all offers are under terms and condition so please DONT belive offer in this store. Many person not recived purchased order after 15 day of ordered.Double check expiry dates of all products before you purchase.

Customer service worst, after going to the billing station and standing in long que the billing staff will tell you that scan code not working and you have to take another packet, no staff will do it for you, so you will end up not buying anything after 2 hours

I have not received the refund yet and also bigbazaar skywalk phone no is always switched off

I have placed an online order from this store and they did not deliver two products worth Rs.499 and they auto refunded Rs. 8. Its been almost 2 weeks since reached out to their customer support team and no response till date. I am surprised to see similar reviews from other people who placed online orders from this store.

So many categories, but not much varieties option to choose from. Price are in the higher side. Livestock (fish chicken) are not fresh.

This place is neat and clean but they have poor mobile coverage inside the building.I never felt confusion in buying any house hold materials or grocery items since everything is clearly displayed and we can have assistant from thier representatives who are available between 2 or 3 internal partition. During Billing they ask cash/card/Paytm and if say Card, then they insist on Paytm we have different offers and Cash back coupon, so I accepted for the same and tried using it, but due to poor data speed at 9:55pm, I was not able to use it. Then used the swipe card. Big Bazaar management need to take up with telecom partners for better in-built solutions for their customers.

Please remember to bring your own bags to takeaway your groceries. Their delivery service is a scam. After buying a whole lot of groceries, they mentioned they dont have any bags available for sale even. When i asked about their free delivery service, they mentioned their delivery portal isnt working. So I was stranded there without a way to carry my groceries home. Finally after a lot of argument, he took the groceries for home delivery (the portal miraculously started working), but its been 2 days and I still havent received my groceries yet. This is absolutely terrible service and a scam. Please dont get hosed by this store. To the manager of this store, please be honest and upfront about your policies and capabilities.

Good place to Shop all our needs of groceries, vegetables and clothes. Vegetables are not prefferrable to purchase here as they are not looking fresh and very less verities . Freezed meat and fish also available. Even cooked dishes also available at one counter. Inside there is bakery where we can have puffs and other bakery items. They are offering some discounts but all are to make you visit again to utilize their discount in form of future pay app cashback. Overall good.
