It was pleasure sharing a project with cynosure and working with utmost dedication and commitment will surely helped us in future endeavour. There are few things that i noticed, the employee of the company need to do more survey before executing their plan upon any task such as imparting trainees with proper method by using presentation through digital way. Deployment of workers as per the required population.The increments or incentives including TA/DA is too less where the rise of price tags is skyrocketing. The workers undergo with mental & physical pressure equally. These workers needs to be motivated not just verbally but financially because reward and punishment is always effective and fruitful.Hope, learned esteemed members of cynosure corporate solutions will look into this matter.Looking forward to be a part of cynosure again.
