Worst customer service.No one will pick the call and even if someone picks, therell be no proper response.Very frequent power cute for 1-2 hour.

TNEB of Nanganallur is situated in 100 feet Road. Went there to pay the electricuty charges against the mtr reading taken during last week.Though there are 3 counters only one counter was functioning till 9.30 AM. After 9.30 AM one more counter was opened. People are wearing mask and maintained social distancing.Though the general atmosphere was ok but I could see lot of old/ repaired metres there in the first floor near the payment cpunter. Also in the entrance and in the staircase I could see lot of old records thrown out n few kept in gunny bags too. Not arranged properly. X Not at all a good sight. Seen few are having more than 4 r 5 cards for paying and it takes time. Since there are 3 r 4 counters, people may be asked to payA) Single card to be paid in cash Counter 1B) More than single cards - in 2nd counterC) Payment to be made thro Debit/ Credit cards in 3rd counter.When the first counter is free, people in the other counters may be asked to remit.Lot needs to be done.

Very poor staffs.I have been trying to call them for 3 days, and the line says number is busy all the time.It is true that government offices don’t take their job seriously.Third update - my 5th day trying to get some work done. Incoming general public sent off saying internet is not working.Very ignorant and unkind staff.Boils to see tax payer money have ineffective & inefficient staff.

Worst behavior by tneb nanganallur no response while power cut and cutting the current from 1 to 2 hours that to mostly at night. They dont have the sense that mens should go to work and children should go to school. If they sleep only they can concentrate in there studies next day. I dont like to give one star also. Its 👌 ok if you go on week ends queue is more so you have to wait and pay. Better use the online facility or use the app. Biking is in first floor. No lift so you climb the stairs to pay the bill

Worst for counter service 8.30 am to 12.15pm this is the counter time. who is this time allotted to dute time. Staff sleeping is not comfortable for home so those staff is come to EB office is comfortable.🙅

Worst service. this should be made as private sector. even though we pay high EB bills they cut the power in night. A common man cannot get peaceful sleep in the night. yesterday 9pm we had power cut and the power was resumed only morning 8 am. Dont even bother to pick and answer the call.
