I thought this place was managed properly than the ones near my area so I chose this place. But I was proven wrong. I called up twice before going to the lab asking for the appointment and they asked me to come. When I went to pay the bill only I got to know there were 20 people waiting in queue. This place is no better than other place in managing the queue. Worst experience. Waited for 3-4 hours for a scan.

I coordinate with Mrs. Nithya , Patient care department she did her job nicely and good..She directed for everything in a nice way...Good employee for Aarthi scans.

Arthi scans is now going first to take token and wait your token no and its overall token time to next came after 5 to 10 minutes by average person to paid money in cash counter then you can go to treatment and lots of probilities than you can start treatment and the treatment is going so slow as time

Billing is much delayed. Waiting 1hour 25 minutes for just billing is not nice. ECG technician Miss.Agnes is very polite and cordial. My appreciation to her.

Worst Reception management and unnecessary registrations!!!I had gone for an emergency because of a fractured toe. They made me wait for 45 mins even though there were no patients waiting in X-ray. The technician was also free. Got the report after 3 hrs.They have good technology and machines but management is worst.

Mrs gracylilly taken care of me while testing...she only advised me to intake water for ultrasound test at first floor instead of the receptionist at first floor who made me stay back by allowing the later patient for ultrasound test after informing her about my urine urgency which I cannot control...that made me to take my tiffin at 12.30 pm when my entering your lab at 7.45 am ...the lethargic way of dealing the patient may be avoided. That made me to give my blood test after tiffin at 2.00 pm.It is the sorry state of assistants.

Good service mostly for pregnancy scan in evening times fees also reasonable... Keep this services for all time.. Middle class people can come here and do checkup..

Worst ever. Unwanted delay in every scan,front office and billing counter is the only place you can see for the first two hours.Their counter operators dont even know how to use Religare card, every time they keep us on waiting for 2 hours.I dont know how they managed to get more than 4 stars in ratings.Not preferable.
