Nice hotel...we went for a engagement function, the party hall was quite big enough for 100 to 200 members. But the dinning area was so small even though its a buffet people has to wait for their turn for so long time...and its advaisable if the valet parking driver wear the mask regularly...

Even though we had sent a mail to book the room, they could not locate it, after the person confirmed they gave the room including breakfast. In the late evening that same girl says sorry breakfast not included, embarrassing us further after some time she says that room rent is another 500 additional. What a waste coming to a hotel which does not have ethics towards their customers

We had booked more than 25 rooms for my daughters wedding. While booking they promised to give me maximum number of king sized beds. But in the confirmatory mail they added a clause mentioning subject to availability. When I called to clarify, they said that they would certainly take care of my request and that subject to availability was only to keep me aware of the MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE.On the day of the occasion, only 8 king sized beds were available and that too after a lot of argument.Also the AC in many of the rooms were not working. The rooms were also sub- standard.Even though I was busy in the wedding event, the receptionist constantly disturbed me with continuous phone calls to settle the balance amount immediately.I settled the amount online in the midst of the wedding function, only to receive a message that the amount was refunded back to my acct as their account had been freezed for some reason.The rooms for early check in which was earlier requested for was not even ready at the time of the guest arrival.The reception desk and the staff service is very poor. The receptionist will argue for over hours even to get a small service done.Overall experience was awful.The rooms were of OK standard and so giving 2 on 5 rating- otherwise it is not worth even 1 on 5

Very good hotel near and around Porur Town. All facilities available with neat and good rooms. South Indian all varieties of food avaialble. Very flexible service team. Now, bar is not working due to governement decision. It is situated just opposite to Sri Ramachandra Hospital. Parking is also available.

I stayed there for 2days. Rooms were decent and clean. They could improve the bathrooms maintenance. Car parking were reasonably alloted too. A decent place to stay. The only black mark is the receptionist, I found her rude and unkind. There are qualities for a receptionist, it seem like she was completely out of it.

Bad Hospitality !! Right from Reception to roof top hospitality must be improved except Bar. RAHUL who is incharge of roof top made us really uncomfortable and we walked out. Most of the people don’t know how to respond to customers. No greeting at reception and always made customers to wait all time. No response on House keeping number from intercom.Clean rooms and good Breakfast made us to stay calm.

Perfect place to stay at a decent price. I have complained during my previous stay to keep outdoor lights on at night time.. but they didnt... furthermore they didnt have a soap tray inside the shower area which was quite uncomfortable..

Their standards have clearly slipped as witnessed by sub standard rooms where either the A/C malfunctions or the hot water just doesnt work. Theyre a decent stay for a couple of days in that area, but longer than that, you need to look around at other options.

Very bad and shameful experience. They dont treat normal Chennai people....but high class persons are welcome. I thought Swiggy isnt allowed....but I saw them taking them through back side. Cheap tricks in big hotels. All 5 stars are from their employees. No real customers share satisfaction there.. trust me....if chennai people are locals...then why this hotel is in chennai. I really have this doubt. Can anyone clear it???

Ak power system is nice

Hotel rooms are luxurious but the room service and especially restaurant service is extremely poor. They have great menu card but they only serve very basic menu that to for very limited duration of lunch and dinner. Mostly they ask us to have Biryani and sandwiches. We always get same reply whenever we ask for food from menu card, that their cook has left already so no variety available. Their cook leaves kitchen by 10pm night and 2 pm by noon. After that very few dishes available to eat. Also waiters are very dump. They get order from you bet dont deliver and always forgets what dish you asked. You need to tell them 4-5 times to kee it in their mind. If someone else gives order after your order then they become blank and confused. You will never get what you asked for. Pathetic restaurant service. I dont know why they kept their restaurant sevice open if they dont want to serve customers and make a fool of you.

Not good the reception staff was rude and very slow the first day itself the lift stoped working and no intimation was given beforehand bout servicing our room was on 6th floor we had to go up and down the floor by stairs how much ever time we came down..food buffet was average not bad..the bed is shaky and the pillows and pillow covers were dirty..a lot of small cockroaches in room.they changed our room to a different floor the condition were same would surely nit reccomend anyone for the stay here we had no option so we chose this hotel

Horrible people . Booked this hotel to attend a conference in Ramachandra University through make my trip and when I landed there they said my id which happens to be from same city is invalid. I explained as my house is an hour and half away I wanted to stay nearby to avoid commute and they refused it. Though I got a refund I was so irritated that last minute they were saying this. I have informed make my trip to hence forth list this while booking itself . Their policy makes no logic at all .

Very nice hotel. Good ambience. Top floor rooms have a good view. Rooms are generally small. And the place itself can be claustrophobic. Overall, a decent place and fits in well within a budget stay. I had not used the restaurant here to comment on the food. They had other services like spa as well. There is no swimming pool here

Very noisy place. I guess they let people to book rooms for parties. Two nights in a raw, people were singing and running around in the corridor well past 2 AM. 3 rd day, I requested them to move me to a quieter room. I was told this place is for business people, who are on the move.But, extremely nice staff members. Restaurant food was really good and fresh. Carpet needs a good clean, especially the ones that are outside the rooms.I love to give a 4 star, but was disappointed with the noise levels. Simple solution, put party goers in a different level.

I love this hotel, its not a five star but they have cost rooms, the service and hospitality is great and food is good too. They have a bar to top it and thats awesome to chill out, they have happy hours there too. There is a fitness center and spa facility also available. In all I love the stay here at a decent rate. Its value for money.

Cockroach infested restaurant. Staffs are deaf to repeat complaints. Wifi never worked during one week of my stay. Extremely slow room service. Room cleaning service is shoddy at best. Untreated water smells bad in the shower. Stained window panes, which seems like never cleaned since construction. Bad place to stay during corona pandemic.

Arrived to this hotel as the first point of bday party. Located on the main road and very close to Porur. The hotel is very neat and they have valet parking facility. Went for a marriage reception in this hotel. The reception hall was compact in size and neatly arranged.The food was excellent and neatly arranged in the dining hall.

The amenities are wonderful. So is the ambience. The rooms have all that is required by a traveler. The breakfast and dinner buffet was sumptuous with lots of variety. Bathrooms are very clean, with fresh towels provided everyday. The staff are very cordial and friendly. only complaint I had was regarding the spring mattresses.

I had an wonderful stay at V7 hotel with my family .The service was phenomenal it was really good except a issue with money exchange and payment via dollar was worst.I would like to tell few guys are the assets of this organization and due to them I feel like going there again .1.Guy in the reception with spectacle and mustache fit guy.2.Make up room boy of 4th floor and another room service boy .3.Asst.Manager Bar (the short guy) and a waiter in the bar.4.Then 2-3 guys from buffet breakfast.Overall service is awesome.I suggest everyone to take a visit .ZahurulBangladesh
