Worst transport..28/03/2019, 9.45 pm chennai to nagar koil.... bus started 1/2 an hour late... Stopped 3 times for repair, by 7.00 am after 3 hour late finally radiator cylinder burst near trichy and stopped.... A great thing is its a benz... Inside bus also not cleaned... We asked driver, he casually say its not his mistake... We lost 2 hours in 4ways... Everyone in bus got helpless including kids..

This place is SRM private bus depot. Best transport and travel facility is provided by SRM transports. The buses are very good quality and very comfortable. Mercedes and volvo buses are available here..

SRM bus terminus is very near to the CMBT bus station and CMBT metro station. Bang opposite to Adayar ananda bhavan and arihant towers. There is a waiting area there along with a comfort station which needs some improvement with their hygiene.

I will give 0(zero) rating this transport. This is the very worst transport service in tamilnadu. Yesterday myself and my friend travelled from Chennai to Madurai in ( Mercedes Benz). Bus was very old and dirty. The bed are not clean. cockroaches and human hairs there. Every one faced same issue inside the bus. After complaint in kattankoolathur SRM office. They changed the bus. For that they took 2 hrs.

Leading bus service. Well maintained vehicle. Sometimes bus change do happen for various reasons. Large fleet of buses with independent place to board the busses and a decent waiting area. You can even book cargo services here (via SRM).

The company has lost its reputation on the way SRM sluggishly reacts to mid way break downs. Their new dynamic pricing model would cost you more for last row seats which doesnt guarantee you the comfort promise. Yet after paying 1500 for AC service, we hardly travelled for 2 hours and they just asked us to stand all way for 7 hours without feeling guilty, in another bus filled with passengers. As it was Sunday night- Monday morning scenario people would not complain more after waiting for 2 hours in a desserted highway. The service desk doesnt take the incident seriously and as always like the infamous SRM college incident this organizations management never cares. Once they have received the money they dont care about you. I just dont want this experience for another person

The busses they have such as scania, volvo, Mercedes Benz are awesome and cost is some times only affordable but sometime they are not maintaining punctuality even tough week days but it is not little but satisfied

Worst service with respect to time keeping. Expect at least 1 hour delay from the proposed timing of bus departure. To add this, no one gives proper information on when the bus might arrive!!! SRM has lost its credibility.

I booked through Redbus from trichy to Chennai . No contact details were shared either GPS too. The actual the me was 7. 10 pm and the bus reached there by 7.30 . We have to stand our own risk without having a contact number or GPS . The timing was good , reached Chennai by 1pm. The staff response is also good .. but the boarding details and GPS to be improved . I left my glasses in bus itself and the next day I went back to office and collected it . Their service is good but few points are to be improved ...

Its good to travel in SRM Transports. The air conditioner is providing more cooling than what we want. Bus is fast enough to reach the destination on time. I have reached the destination before on time.

One of the worst transport. Almost everytime bus will be late by 30-40 mins. Poor response from boarding point staffs. In fact they will insult you if you get into wrong bus. Truth is almost all the buses are coming late and its tough for passenger to track with timing and get insulted by their staffs. No politeness. SRM should educate basic etiquette to their staffs.

SRM Transport is very famous travels in Tamilnadu. They provide very good customer service and customer satisfaction. Many varieties of new buses are here and its very neat .They have more customers due to their customer service. They provide regular bus services from one place to another .

No proper fan or drinking water in the waiting hall. And waiting hall itself is a joke. Its just a shed with some chairs and that too broken or dented beyond usable. The whole shed is dusty and covered in spider web. Our bus was late by 30 minutes and there were no announcement on that and Ive to check with them multiple times and the response was the Bus is late. Moreover, they park the bus just in front of the waiting shed and half naked cleaners and drivers roam around in just dothi or less cleaning the bus or themselves right in front of you. Terrible. SRM Transport, you could do better.

One of the better managed private bus boarding points. SRM services are moderately priced, consistent in service, and mostly ontime services. Am sure they could impove the facility with more amenities that make the place will help passenger waits.

Management become totally irresponsible. Buses with no proper maintenance. Mobile nos. given in the ticket booking was not reachable all the time or busy always. No tracking information of buses were provided while other transports are moving ahead with good service to their customer. So this service is not recommended.

Poor service.staff behaviour with passangers were worst.mosquitoes inside the bus and worst among these deeds were they collected different rates for same destination from different passangers. I paid Rs.2334/= to Nagercoil whereas another person took a ticket to Nagercoil for Rs. 1600/= from the ticket counter at Koyambedu the same day, same bus of 6.30pm volvo.

Booked a bus in SRM bus from Chennai to Salem thru Makemytrip. Operator called two hours before and said bus is cancelled and asked us to arrange for alternate option. They didnt care to provide an alternate bus for any of the passengers. Also, no responsible answer for refund of paid amount. I had to run behind mmt and SRM to get the refund.

Good service and mostly on time with reasonable rates and extremely clean vehicles. Highly recommended.

Now a days they are asking passengers to change the bus in mid way. Experiencing this continuously for 3 times in Chennai to Cochin trip. This guys are operating with lesser permits. Pathetic to see young couples with kids and few old men awake in mid night waiting on road with luggage for the other bus people to vacate that bus. Horrible...

Terrible service.After booking a ticket in paytm and reaching the pickup point on time, it was informed that the bus had left half an hour ago and that I may take another bus to a place that is 4 hours from my original destination.The drivers and the staff were rude and I had to take a local bus from the middle of nowhere (where I was dropped off on a van) to my starting point on my own at the middle of the night.The company maintains that since the bus ran, I wasnt eligible for a refund.Never ever booking a taking on SRM travels again. Nor Paytm!

I am a frequent traveller, but its the first time a travel left all its passengers in mid way and asked us to catch another bus. If you choose SRM, please be aware that at ant point of your journey, youll be asked to travel in a government transport bus. Considering this, my advice is to book government buses directly to your location than opting for SRM. Value only for getting money from customers, no efforts to give us what we had paid for. This is the last time I opt for this travel!

I have writing this in my personal experience.This is one of the worst transport ever i travelled.There is no GPS device proper time keep up, proper mobile number to contact the driver or co driver to know where the bus is coming.You we get a different bus location and reg. Number.I got a villupuram location bus is travelling to chennai, but I am waiting at porur and after boarding the bus also the location shown the same. Very worst service and time keep up.Pls dont keep aw 1st priority.Those who Already travelled know very well.

Travelled to Nagercoil which is a 12 hour travel but never once felt the bus is uncomfortable.. It was a sophisticated travel with all the amenities you will ever need during a travel

Marthandam to chennai. 6.15 pm bus MONDAY(16-09-2019) i has traveling in SRM SCANIA with my family. it was an amazing experience to me, why because last two years i has been traveling many private transports. i nevet get sleep on 12 hours journey because am so afraid of my journey. Drivers are not good some times their treatings are very rude. they didnt wear uniforms also.but the srm staffs are very neat and clear,they wear uniforms ,keep punctuality, wi-fi available inside the bus, main thing i was slept very well.i love my journey with SRM SCANNIA. The outside ART THANJAVUR TEMPLE so impressing. I feel like traveling flight.Thanks for the entire team and my hearty thanks to SRM TRANSPORTS.

Bus seems super. But on the way, bus was repaired. After they arrange another bus with sitting chair. We paid for sleeper.

Dont ever travel in SRM travels, on july 8th i travelled from Tirunelveli to Chennai in SRM banz sleeper, bus came to Tirunelveli 15 mins late, when I entered the bus I was just shocked by seeing the interior, very worst maintenance bad smell, poor AC, then bus got break down near Thirumangalam around 10.30pm, no proper responses from driver or from SRM office about alternative bus, they are saying all buses are full we dont have spare bus, after fighting with them and with help of highway patrol we got sitting bus arround 12.30pm, I have never seen a Benz bus like that, dont ever travel in SRM almost all buses are like this conditions.

And no one is responding to calls now.,!’

Took their service twice from chennai and was no good. buses are not on time. they donot announce the bus departure. no led lights inside the bus. No waterbottle was given. once there was no backup driver. The driver was complaining to someone that he was put on track at the last minute. have already complained to their customer care. They do ask for all the negative points. But they dont correct it.

One of the worst experience I had in SRM and especially that is my first time. I dont like to share this here but its regarding my luggages. And the place is not maintained good and the restroom is in very worst condition.

It was such an unpleasant experience. We spent thousand + rupees on ticket fare yet service is still worst. Ac isnt working push back isnt good and most importantly we started at 9:30pm and till 10:45 we were at koyambedu. This isnt the first time this is happening.

Customer care is very poor, For emergency if you call there no. they didnt pick the call.They think at any cost well travel in there bus. Even a single star is not valid for them.

Absolute stuck*ng service. There is no idea for person who check the boarding of the passengers. Srm staff at Chennai said they will drop me at central bus station at Trichy. But they dropped me at bye pass at 10pm. Absolutely idotic staffs

I too bad experience, Meanwhile last Sunday our plan to reach kayalpatnam from chennai through SRM TRAVELS, for which we book ticket, in the ticket we mention SRM Main office for pickup, But we have our stay at muduchur near thambaram, So we plan to pickup SRM Bus at perungalathur bus stop, in this matter I called the customer care number they mention in their website there is no response repetetly I was try many times but no reply, mean time I try to contact other office numbers too but nobody take phone and reply me, whole day I was tried but I cant contact them.... then we get FAST TRACT car service to reach SRM Main office at koyambedu by Rs.600/- additional expense.... waste of time, Waste of money. I request the SRM Transport to rectify these kind of problems, you people are running your business for the people only, So try to give best customer service to the general public....

Pathetic service and unprofessional staff... I was traveling from Palakkad to Chennai and they asked the passengers to change buses near Salem... Our driver said the bus has engine problem and it cant go any further.. but the other driver said the truth... Only our bus has Kerala permit... So they asked all the passengers to change buses it was 4am and it was drizzling... Felt very bad to see elderly people and parents with kids waking up 4am and shifting their luggage from one bus to the other at 4am in the rain... The bus was supposed to reach perungalathur at 6 but it reached after 9... The driver was very rude and unprofessional

I have booked SRM volvo bus for rs. 1270/- but they have sent me a seater that too a bad condition bus..Totally worst service and customer care number also not contactable. .Pls dont book in this travels. Since my sister was travelling from Chennai to Theni and she was carrying a new born baby with her we have choosed this option of volvo bus but this basterds totally dissatisfied with their services and also they have collected Rs. 1270/-from as where as other passengers pay only less than 1000/-. Incompetent and arrogant staffs. Booked a ticket from Chennai to Coimbatore and their parcel service to transport my new bike, while loading they scratched my tank and damaged my brake fluid container. When questioned 20 to 25 members(all claiming to be managers) surrounded us and claimed to take the bike back and threatening us with their securities. When we said we will take this to the police, they giggle and say police cant do anything. Such an arrogance in all their management levels. Your attitude towards your so called brand name is going to be your downfall!

Transport will be the 1st for the worst service.pathetic..I travelled on 31st March to Ernakulam..Chennai to Ernakulam starts at 8pm from chennai - 3am on 1st April bus change at Salem bypass. All passengers are very lucky to get Used blankets.Ultimate response from driver and helper athu than sir irukku (thats the only blanket available).Its 8.53am and Im still in bus. Not yet crossed aluva.People going for work dont think of taking SRM transport.I think Ill reach around 11am to Edapally.

Firstly this place is easily accessible from Koyambedu bus stand and takes just 5 min walk. The waiting area is just open room and its very dusty. Also maintenance was not so good and can be improved as it is operating to almost all over the south Indian cities. The reachability of staff to customers enquiry needs more improvements. Regarding the timing, it varies depending on the boarding city and also destination cities.

I travelled to Cbe from Chennai, with my bike parceled. When I inquired in booking, they told me I can get down at Karumathampatti. But when I asked the bus driver he refused to get my bike out of the bus and argued all parcel will be dropped in cbe. Then I had to request him to do it as if it is my Fault.For all Bus services even if you book expensive ticket, THEY DONT EVEN PROVIDE YOU A WATER BOTTLE.

I had a worst experience traveling with this SRM transport few days ago from Chennai to Trivandrum by 6:30 pm ac sleeper which was supposed to arrive Trivandrum by at least 8am (so that I could make up on the appointment at 9:30 am in TVM). But, the bus was only reaching Nagercoil at 9am.meanwhile bus drivers has to make some meetings with RTO . The bus drivers asked all the passengers to get down at Nagercoil and made us to wait for 20 minutes to get us travel in another bus which started from Chennai at 9 pm. At the end, bus reached TVM at 12:30pm.Is it the responsibility of the passengers to ensure that all tax is paid by the bus and we can reach the destination on time..??

Booked ticket from kollam to chennai for my sister and the destination point was koyambedu buy they dropped her at some other place at chennai telling that they are not going to koyambedu Since it is heavy traffic and asked to travel by local bus or train. My sis was stucked there unknowing the place. ..Very bad approach from employees in the bus. Not at all safe for ladies to travel alone. Dont ever opt srm for travelling very bad experience and not at all punctual.. always 2-3 hours late than the time of arrival very very bad experience...

The worst travel experience Ive ever had. Boarded a bus to thiruvarur at 10.30pm. It was a volvo Ac. At 1.30am at dindivanam toll gate, the bus broke down. It seems that there was a problem with the engine already known to the driver. Yet the bus was put to run. They made us wait till 4.30 am at the side of the road after which an alternate bus was arranged and we reached our destination. Facts understood in this experience:1) SRM management doesnt care about the safety of the passengers. Had the bus stopped in some remote place, no one would have come to our rescue.2) As told by the bus staff, SRM management has become really irresponsible.I would advice people to stop travelling with this travels as, as far as I know, similar incidents have happened quite frequently in the recent past with the same travels.

Thanks lot for this extremely frustrating serviceToday I had an awful experience using Redbus and SRM transport. I had booked ticket for Karaikal from Chennai. My boarding time was 2.15 PM at Tiruvanmiyur and I did not get a single call from the Bus Operator. I had called the operator number provided in my ticket around 20 times and they did not pick up even Once, leaving me totally frustrated. After calling Redbus support Twice waiting on call for 15 mins each time I got SRM transport Landline number. Redbus CC dont have the Exact Driver number or the Support guys number on board, to add that Bus doesnt have a GPS. So, I called the SRM office number more than 5 times and they gave me another customer care number for SRM. This time the SRM CC said driver will definitely call you and the Bus and started and it will reach my point in 5 mins, the time was already 2.25. Then I luckily turned towards the Tidel signal to see the Bus going past me. I then had to take a Share Auto and catch the Bus at the Jayanthi Signal. Once I got into the Bus and enquiried on why I didnt get the call or why my call wasnt picked they simply replied that its not SRM problem. If you want to get calls from SRM then book tickets on SRM website. I was totally annoyed with this statement. If that is the case why Redbus and SRM are in tieup. Absolutely ridiculous experience!!
