Worst service manager. Shes really the worst woman working in that bank! Wonder how that lady got promoted to a service manager level. She must be dismissed or atleast suspended due to her worst attitude, arrogant, egoist, hatred towards customers! If youre thinking about opening the account, kindly give it a second thought, because of the worst staffs especially the service manager lady. She makes you wait for almost a week for such a normal or very simple task.such a cheap lady. (service manager)I once asked her back a question, and she got really offended if someone is correcting or even asking her any questions. Not even a little polite.

I had submitted form to open PPF account but I havent heard anything so I decided to visit after a month. My form was kept as it is.. the old lady in that counter was miserable. She is simply warning the seats and dont want to work. I wish she gets retirement soon so that a person who wants to serve will come on her job. And then the service manager the worst person to be employed in a bank. She dont know how to treat a customer. They often forget that they are earning salary from our deposits. Worst bank!

Very bad experience when got there for opening new savings account, the lady in counter 8 was the only one who does account opening and she almost made me wait for 4.30 hours to get account opening. Very bad experience interns of customer handling n eats Ur time. Donot open or keep transaction in SBI ambattur

For over decade despite improvement there the impropotionate customers versus staff do not match to give very satisfying service to the public. The queue at ATM is an alibi for travails. Shifting to a more spacious in a adjoining or same locality with appropriate staff may be the good solution.If it happens the SBI customers are really privileged.

My experience in SBI bank was ok . Chief manger and few staff are really good in customer service but miserable was service manager was to arrogant and not professional customer service. She was too harsh on handling guest .. unsatisfied with her action ..Date : 31/07/2020. Pls branch manager or senior manager look into it.

A lot of alternate delivery channels and self kiosks are provided by the bank. We can use these channels and better we can avoid standing in queues. This will reduce customer inflow and better customer service from staffs.

One of the biggest banks in the locality.All kinds of services are performed here. ATM and e-lounge facility is also available.Basic amenities are available. Parking facility is also available.Overall experience was good. Thank you.
