Has humongous startups and companies doing research. Great place to hop in if you like startup culture!About the building:Pros:• Scenic view of busy Chennai can be seen from Block B balcony(6th floor)• Super clean - when i say, i mean it! Thanks to the hardworking annas and akkas• Has parking (car + bike) [min of Rs. 40]• Excellent elevators• Stress relieving green parkCons:1.Only the restrooms on the 3rd and 6th floor operates! 😬 Hope you get the feel, if you got to urgently piss!2.Has 6+ canteen stalls, which is always closed 😪, only 1 stall was operating as of June, 2021.

Lovely campus. The start-ups here get all the support in various forms of mentoring, workshops and hand holding to shape up your offerings and emerge successfully.

Its a beautiful place. One hitch, the entrance to this research park should also be from the main iit campus as this also is part of iit.

The IIT Research park campus has multiple buildings with nice architecture and good view of the chennai city.

Visited there for participating in an event. The campus overall looks pretty nice and clean. The infrastructure is great. Buildings are named in alphabets for easily accessing the ones we want as strangers. Different food courts are available inside the campus itself offering a variety of food items, they are also of great quality.

A best campus for those who have unique ideas and are enthusiastic about starting their own company. It has many blocks and each block is comprised of 9 floors. All the floors are well maintained. It has food courts , well maintained garden etc. It is quite difficult to reach here by bus. Autos are available outside the campus.

Located in back side of Tharamani IT park and beside IIT campus. Located in narrow road. Very nice infrastructure. Parking available for visitors at extra cost. Lot of startups are located. Very nice opportunities for young talent. Decent place.

Great place to work.

If you are an aspiring entrepreneur or you just have opened a fresh startup then this is the place for you.There are many events that help all the budding entrepreneurs.There are two main gates. Inside the campus, several blocks are there. The food court is big but the counters are less though it will serve your purpose.This place is well maintained. You will see a lot of greenery and it makes this place more beautiful.From the main road, you have to take an auto. Its a little interior.

One the best campus for companies , a good place for a start up company to be located among the companies and share knowledge easily. all kind of facilities were available here .good maintenance of buildings , office and foods are available. and One thing i dont like about this place is they charge for parking even for the working people here.

Gate 1- is the main entrance of IITMRP in the IITMPR Road from OMR. If youre in OMR this is the shortest route.2. Gate 2- is the back gate or rear entrance or 2nd gate of IITMRP is in the Kanagam Road, Tharamani. Nearby bus stop is Pillayar Kovil bus stop, Tharamani.

This is a great place, properly constructed and maintained. Air conditioned and runs on Solar power. Roads on the IIT Gate side are worst and due to lack of public transport, it will be hard reaching here. Food court is meh !Temporary Parking charges : 40/day

I worked in the iitm incubated start up company. This place is very big, neat and tidy. The environment is really nice and great. The experienced work staffs are very kind and of helping nature. This place also consists of cafeteria and the food available there is tasty. The place is an example for perfection.

Beautifully designed structure, however is still under construction. For a 1st timer it can be challenge to locate the office, that you are looking for. Approach road to both the entry gates are very narrow. Getting outward transport from the research park , can be a challenge.

Good atmostphere for incubating startups and for young minds

This is regarding a person called Desika Prabhakar who has been working on carry bags. I gave her market research data for free instead asked her for LinkedIn recommendation. She gave me recommendation but it disappeared after I gave her my work. If I ignore the recommendation part also, I would like to know whether I have been given due credit for market research I did. I have all due details saved related to our conversation.

Cool place , good infrastructure and well maintained, some parts of building are still in construction. At centre of the building there is a small pond, cafeteria is also big .Many programmes were conducted there in auditorium. A scenic beauty of flyover is amazing. A good place to do doctorate and research.

This is owned by IIT and has many software companies. The quality is not better than TIDEL PARK. Few building are still under construction for long time.

This is a very good office campus. We have canteen inside. Almost all research related company is located here. This belongs to IIT campus. You can go via Taramani Tidel park service lane. A big campus with all facilities.

Excellent Infrastructure, well designed by IIT Madras. I was there to attend a seminar. Had really nice experience meeting the bright minds of the country.Once the Construction is fully over, this place will be a great one for the best research. Research scholars will definitely have a great time there. Ive seen many companies operating their research projects across different floors in the building.

A wonderful initiative dedicated for the youngsters of India. Hats off to IITM. I refer this park for my students (those are in dilemma to begin their start up) to visit this park at least once before you decide. PALS is another helping hand in making you as an entrepreneur. Excellent research park with all facilities

Great Infrastructure, with good facilities. Large area, good air conditioning (Folks you need it very much in Chennai). Awesome food court with nice seating and large sitting capacity. Neat and Clean premises. Also a Ginger Restaurant inside campus. Only the approach road is bit narrow. Loved the place.

IITM RESEARCH PARK is a part of Indian institute of technology, madras... Its has 5 block which has 10 story buildings.. there is a 7 story parking structure is there... There are several companies are there like Tata communications, saggezza, catter pillar etc.. The reasearch park has 2 gates.. one is from ECR, another is from kanagam road...Nearest bustop is tidel park... Reasearch park is located exactly behind the Ramanujam IT park..

The place is so calm. Here, I went to lema labs they taught us very well. A nice place and food in the food court is also at reasonable price.

Best area in Chennai to be experienced with technology and its new advantages. Many institutions/industries held workshops/conferences here, it helps students and research persons in a big way. Canteen is also there. A must visit one for those who are fond of technology.

Attended a Toastmasters training here couple of months back. The rout to the area is a bit tricky if it is your first time. The cab drivers take some time to follow the route. The place itself is huge and got great facilities.

Amazing infrastructure.

Good place, well constructed and maintained parking fee is too costly here, and roads towards this building is worst and its hard to find public transport there, you should come with your own vehicle otherwise you have to walk back till the main road. The Ginger restaurant is superb here.

A great place to be in if you are a techie, lots of knowledgeable people from a lot of companies. Makes for some good conversation about technology, it also helps that TiE conducts seminars there and the speakers there are usually pretty good at what they do. If you get a job offer from a company in rp, go ahead youll end up learning a lot of things
