Gandhi Mandapam is located at Guindy... All of you know about Guindy National Park & Chennai Snake Park but I suggest you please visit the historic place before... There you can know about so many interesting lessons about Gandhiji & Indian History... The place is also good for photography lovers โ๐ป. I visited the place two weeks ago, its very nice, if you have any plan for weekend trip just go there & then you can go the mini zoo backside of Gandhi Mandapam. Thank you all of you.
A very calm and naturistic place where you can have a relaxation from your routine life style. It is very large present in the hot of the city. It has many sculptures , temples and many trees. Entry is free. It is near to guindy national park. It is surrounded by many road side juice shops so people can have a try to chill out here. It is safer too.
Superb place with greeny grasses and well maintained

Super place to visit for peaceful ...enjoying the moments ...
One day, I visited this place and getted THIRUKKURAL book with 1000โน in the year 2010.
A best place to hangout with friends, family, love and a good way to pay some tribute to freedom fighters and other Thiyagis. It has so much of nature filled with trees and grass you would love to spend it with your loved ones and dear ones. The security guards are a kind of irritating they just keep roaming around you thus limiting your privacy. All together its a good place to hangout for few hours.
Be cautious, if you leave your footwear outside it may go missing. I lost my shoes when I visited.
Its nice and awesome place
Best spot 2 experience peace
This is an excellent place for weekend visit but it can be made perfect if a children park is developed with some playing tools which would help in furthering the footfall at the place. Hygiene and upkeep is superb.

Good outing spot with zero expense. But no fun will b there but you can enjoy and relax. You can pack your lunch also... Gardens are neatly maintained. Its a good place to capture nice photos but in some places cameras are not allowed. Here some leaders statues are there.. importantly. Leader kamarajar tomb.is there.
Wonderful greeny garden in the middle of busy city. Grassland is maintained clean and good. Need to have a photo or information gallery about our National father Gandhiji and freedom fighter so that school students who visit the place can learn...
Not at all maintained. There are around six buildings in the campus. There is some space to sit in the gandhi mandapam. If you need a calm place to study or sit idle, its the right place. Cars can be parked in Childrens park for Rs. 15. Its 400 metres away.
Good place to sit for meditation
