When its come to the idol , sakthi Devi who is considered as the most powerful goddess in the form of peeli Amman . Just give her your offerings and submit your problems and wishes on her feet. I am damn sure ,your prayers & wishes will be accepted and you will be shocked with the results. That much powerful idol .I srongly recommend this temple for visiting with family . Currently the temple administration providing kalyana mandapam service & beautiful garden for your kids to play . So if you wanna feel peace of mind , visit Thiru Arulmigu peeliamman temple once .Its located on sriram nagar - pallippettu road (towards velachery) just opposite to yogi garden residential area .

Beautiful temple of Devi, along with Siva Parvati, Vishnu, Garuda and Murugan temples. There is a play area and a garden. Good peaceful place to escape from fast life in Adyar region.
