They get the payment upfront and then make you wait for a long time. For anomaly scan, though we got there at 8.30 am as per the appointment time, scan was done around 10.45 am only. They dont give a proper answer for wait time and dont follow appointment times at all. They keep sending people randomly for scan. Very bad experience due to waiting for over 2 hours. Scan images were not very clear either. Hope they schedule appointments properly and ensure scan is done on time.

Abdominal ultrasonography (USG Abdomen) these scan will be taken only after 9:00am, as it requires a doctor. This is common is every diagnostic centre. Even in Aarthi Scan they start by 9:00am (₹1,100), but Aarthi Scan started exactly by 9:00am and personally I dont know, I never have been to Valiant for any testing. So cant comment about anything. If you have doctor ready to treat you and start the procedure, you can do CT Scan for Abdomen, but it will be costly. Because you should not have eaten for 6 hours to take you to the operation theatre.

I went to valiant scan for CT chest 2 days back. They did scan in well disciplined manner and had excellent infrastructure to meet more than adequate social distancing. They have vast space to mange all patients.Charge was low for the service they provide in the present covid pandemic. All staffs were wearing ppe and other adequate protective equipments. They gave the report within 30 minutes.Its really good job. congratulations to the team. I strongly recommend this centre for all scans and laboratory tests. Definitely they will feel safe there.

First of all thanks to all for serving covid situation. Did CT . The staffs are very kind and caring. Affordable to all. Would recomend. parking available. Good atmosphere.

Kind staffs and good service. I went to take CT scan for my three years old son. It took lot of time to convince my kid who was so obstinated. That staff were so patiently wait for my kid to sleep. Even they were available in the late night and early morning. Overall good service and fully satisfied.

They are taking complete advantage in COVID situation, CT scan they are charging 5000. After negotiations they charged 4700. Never ever think about the service and completely money mind. They want to make money and construct new building and establish their business. Not recommend this place at all.

Price is better in Arthi scans, chromepet. It is ₹4000 for chest ct scan.But these guys valiant scan increased the price to ₹5000. I paid ₹10,000 for both in my family.Unlike Arthi scans they dont provide softcopy. We have to wait for 2hrs to collect hardcopy of the report.In this covid time, they should support our own people. Increasing the price shows their money mind. We cannot blame these people as our doctors prescribe them for commission. It is just our doctors.

One of the worst scan centre I have ever seen. They dont have professional doctors and receptionist. Already many complaints were raised against that scan centre. Scan reports are not accurate and they dont know how to do proper scan for diagnosis. Please request all to avoid going to this scan centre and boycott this permanently incase if there is an option to do that. I wish I have a facility to give rating

One of worst scan center.The are not even cleaning anything inside the reception and x-ray place.The reception chairs are very dirty.Inside reception the electric wires are spread there and there. Too many dusts in reception itself.First floor for X-Ray. Very very bad. Not even clean. Except Doctor no one working with mask.While we visit they having single phase current issue. They don’t have proper connection. Also it’s house modified as lab. I didn’t see any hose keeping working there. Since that much cleanliness. No AC.My suggestion better to visit some other scan centers instead of wasting your time.

Worst scan center. I rated zero star.. But atleast one should be mandatory to update here.. So I put 1. But dont consider that single star.. They are not deserve it atleast this single star. I am writing here for service relate and not relate to the way of scanning.The way they handling the patient care taker is very bad. When u ask any query they do not know how to say the things polite. They think we came here for free occupiers. And they are feel like they are providing free of service.Dont go for any scans

Charging 2℅ extra for credit card,This is a slice of burden duringthe covid time when we came here for stone scan for my wife

I found the services rendered to me by the staff of the valiant scan while taking the blood tests ECG and SCAN for my brother very good courteous and supportive.

Staffs needs to act faster then before, all just talking no proper response in the reception area. its not like normal before they need to avoid the more crowd gathering in the premises.

Very famous scan centre in Pallavaram Valiant scan is the best place for Anomaly scan, overall experience was Good.They provided the reports with in one hour ,I am so pleased with the service from them.

Money waste,,,,done the ultrasound scan on 05 Jun 2019 950 rs. Valiant scan result- normal. Then same scan repeated in Sri balaji hospital crompet as on 06 Jun 2019. Result. Some issues. I contact. to valiant scan but still now not response ,,,, money waste,time waste

It is one of the worst scan center in terms of customer service. The management says each attender must wait outside in the road. It dont even have any waiting hall for attenders.

Doctor prescribed this place for knee x-ray. X-ray lab is at 1st floor, no lift facility available. aged patients find it difficult to use steps. Person with broken leg bone cannot take x-ray here.
