Worst experience with this branch. None of the employees are helpful. BTW no branch manager for this branch. While pledging the jewels they will be very kind to you but when you take it back they wont help you in anyways. Huuuuge interest amounts. No timely delivery. Please do not pledge your jewels in Muthooth and particularly in this branch.
