Very worst place to have an account ! Their service is lazier than tortoise and manager won’t support for any assistance and their loan team lady gives false and unprofessional behaviour. Being in prime area giving this worst service is never appreciatedNever ever visit this branch again . I would rather say Adyar was much more faster and supportive .
Icici bank the longer i use hve become more issues my transection is pending but the Amount is deducted from my account.the bank says wait for two working days and i hve been waiting for two workings days .but never credit back in my account what am i supose to do now? .the amount is 20,000 is debited from my account .i was not able to reach my branch andthey never pick the call . since am out of chennai tamilnadu 2nd Avenue besant Nagar.
Worst bank for merchant service they have it with first data who are number one thiefs actuallyA customer of mine swiped a card sighned latter after 3 months they holded the amounted and payed back when i presented the copy of merchantAnd latter half they slowly started to take my money when i had good business like 500 to 300 in name of commision which was actually more than the agreeed amount between us 1 .90 for cr card and 1.50 for dp cardLatter when i called to helpline one said its for chipAnd i asked there is nothing lik tat in terms he connected to another where he accepted the fact and he too was not able to clear me with deducted amount so finally it was reaveled that the amountI understood the cause and said to close my account and latter the first data treated me lik a loan bearer to pay 1500 rs and even called me and shouted that am cheating the companyPls dont open a icici ac having a first data as ur coustmer support

Very very worst service,we have 2 corporate ac and 4 personal acs to all my family members in this branch.Relationship manager only concern about achieving their target via new account opening and Fixed deposits,Hidden charges are more.Unable to reach the Branch manager also.they are not concern about customers problems.
I hate this bank very worst service, it takes months to open my salary account in this bank, still I cant register my mobile number and that useless imobile app is not even open , finally Im not able to access mobile banking and not able to take my salary in ATM.Mr.Arun from Chennai Besant Nagar ICICI bank verified my PAN and Aadhar ID,He did that two times and he doesnt responed my complaint and dont give any reply or guidance to know my account is opened or not.They even dont know the process of checking account number is currently accessible or not.very very worst experienceI think there is no any immediate bank account opening in this ICICI BANK,please dont believe these kind of quick process and these words are to fool us
Very worst service, they are taking almost a month to open a savings account. The Poc not picking the call, no response to SMS and WhatsApp messages...
ATM machine declined cash deposit not returning money. Had to contact branch.
This is the worst ICICI branch that I have ever seen. No token system, no queue and no one cares. It is your sole responsibility to find a way to the counter and get your work done. I will never visit this branch again.
