Belstar Tamilnadu and other states is better and good, But KERALA State is Very Very Very Very Pooooooooooorrrr...(State Head. Its a coperate investment company while joining there where told sifting time is arranged we will modifies its as soon then now the company works from 10am to 3.30pm but they where leave all the Woking staff at 10pm but there where giving only 9000 per month its a over headache in the company.....For my kindly pls wait until u should start a company or join a comfortable company which specialises our knowledge and health
