Tried contacting this bank several times. After several attempts a lady named Suparna responded. She promised to email me a statement I requested. Never got it. Nobody cares. The phone number provided in the website doesnt work. Terrible customer service. Will be closing my account.

I have my salary account with this bank and am trying to call this bank for a query from yesterday with no response to any of the number available on the net that belongs to the branch.if there were an option for zero stars I will very well mark the same.I hate banking with axis am gonna change my salary account to some other bank from jan2017.
