Post merger with bank of Baroda, the Vijaya bank literally has no power. I am trying to activate a dormant account so that I can start using it from a branch closer to home and it has been almost 4 weeks and no updates from the bank.They no longer have any authority or have responsibility over the accounts in the bank and they no longer feel the responsibility to answer account holders queries. May be it is time that I close the account....
