It was a very nice experience. It is located in a Main place, they own a building consists of restaurant and party hall. I loved the hospitality and the ambience. So speaking about food, we ordered HOT& SOUR SOUP - Quality is fine and quantity is very good, CHICKEN LOLLIPOP (8 pieces) - Quality and Quantity is very good, GRILL (half) - Unique color and taste, MUTTON BIRYANI( raita, Brinjal gravy, kheer)- Quality is fine and quantity is worth for money(the kheer tasted very good), KING FALOODA- Quality and Quantity is very very good. Totally, they give food quantity worth of money. Best place to visit with friends and family, Highly recommended.✨( Pictures consist of only what I had initially).

Decent ambience and great service..Having good parking space..Food was too good during lunch especially Mutton brain , Fish 65 , Chicken cheese balls and Butter Naan... Chicken Chettinad gravy quantity was less for the price... Having wide variety of Ice creams too...

Horrible Food and Taste.They Gave Barbeque Chicken in Tandoori Style and claimed it Barbeque. And when we ordered Grill Chicken they gave us pepper Tandoori.When we complained to Manager he said, you might have eaten a different item some where else sir but this is how we make and it is our standard.Worst treatment of customer. We didnt have a happy time here.

I have visited on Sunday at 10PM , so most of the Biriyani items are completed. Only one Mutton Biriyani was there. So ordered it . It is Good and tasty.

Went for a Birthday party... Awesome Biryani... When it comes to buffet these hotels cheat with the Biryani and the taste is always very bad... But Chennai Darbar Biryani was really good being a buffet spread..

Neat ambience, courteous staffs, awesome food...what else we need for after a tiring day. Afghan chicken is one to be mentioned, its perfectly cooked n blended with aromatic masala. Their briyani quantity is much more to serve 2 adults. Special mention of their special falooda which was royal rich flavours of ice cream, nuts, fruits and jumbo sized. Will again visit their buffet option sometime.:)

Today we went to this amazing restaurant with our family and friends.We have tried both the veg and non veg dishes it was tasty.Ambience was neat and clean. Very good restaurant the ambiance is very good. Located opposite to kasi theatre. Food taste is very good cant complain about it and their service is good. Lemon chicken soup is must try one in this restaurant. The platters are good the darbar special platter is one the popular starters in this restaurant. Biriyani taste is average. Rest of the Chinese items are of good taste. The desserts, mocktails and juices are good. There is also a buffet option in the second floor but it is better to call and come for buffet because sometimes it is closed. The rest rooms and parking are also very decent.

Soups were excellent. Starters were average Paneer Tikka and Babycorn Tikka were horrible to say the least. Biryani was average too, so was lollipop. Stuffed parota was a standout though.The interiors were refreshing and different. Theres a lot of parking space available in the basement. Hope the food experience was their one off day, unluckily for us.

When I asked restaurant person why is he using bare hands without gloves???Billing person (SATHYA) was very rude... And asked does other street shops are using gloves..I just replied at least they are not serving rice with both hands (bare)...😏😏Didnt expect this at CHENNAI DARBAR RESTAURANT😐😐

On 21st march 2021, we visited to have some briyani here at 3 clk., I was totally disappointed after eating food in the name of briyani. They served the briyani like a instant mix with boiled rice. After the taste of food we decided to stop orders further to avoid waste our money. This is not my first time to this restaurant, but now this may be .... We think due to sunday they have finished the food earlier. They may be prepared instantly at the time of late orders. Better they may told food is over...

One of the worst experiences I ever had, I ordered a butter nan and I got pappadam like thing dipped in butter, and asked the restaurant people what is it, they said its in butter right so its an butter nan, we have already billed the food good or bad you have to eat the food or pay the bill and go.
