When u deposit money for paying premium For your policy these companies dont ask how,why, who and for whom are u paying ... but when on maturity they quote IRDA to cover up saying bring everything what u have to prove i am giving to the right person , plus if the policy holder unable to visit the branch , they want complete case history of the person who comes to hand over the documents to get our money after maturity. How do you like it. This system. Needs to change/ overhaul. Looks like nowadays government office are better equipped.Most important when they need policy , the sales personnel, branch manager etc will give sweet talk to get the policy done.Sad state.. better to put the policy in LIC ...

Phone number not working ,went to office on last Saturday to pay premium for lapsed policy informed that year end system down ,we will send agent to office after that I am calling to concern mobile number no response .
