Kudos to the complete team of Susi hospital 👍I really had a challenging time during delivery, but the doctor and staffs supported me mentally, physically and emotionally 💕from the day of admission till I discharged nurses were like family to me🤗grateful for all the love shown towards me and my baby💕I will definitely recommend this hospital if your pregnant 🤗And extremely thankful for Dr. Megala kumaresan for guiding us throughout the pregnancy😇I pray God that u continue doing service to the society🤗

Great service by doctors as well as all staffs

I went today, I got an appointment token no as 20 and time as 7.00 pm.I called at 6.45 to see doctor came or not. They said no. Called again at 7.30 this time I got a reply like doctor came. I reached hospital at 8 by the time token no 5 only crossed.Here comes the frustrated experiences.1. After 1 hour 9.00pm I went and ask about the queue and they said its 82. Many patients who doesnt have appointments have given visit to doctor3. When enquired about the time in receptionist they responded like we cant do anything thats how doctor visit we cant do anything. Doctor came at 8 only. ( So why the hell they said doctor came at 7.30)4. Later at 10 we were standing in the short queue arranged by a old lady. Now doctor went out to see cases in in patients ward.5. Then some of the out patients who have contacts with nurse and workers in the hospital went into the general ward and started seeing the doctor. ( I dont know whether doctor knows this or not)6. Atlast at 11.15 doctor came to op again and we visited him.Pros: clean maintenanceCons:No Mask for receptionist, attendant, I can say all.Queue obedience zeroBad smell at the entrance waiting area.By the time the doctor visits the patients, who doesnt have own transport should go only by auto no other option.I strongly recommend the hospital to maintain discipline like queue maintenance and corona precautions.For the co patients like me until this is being rectified by the hospital management, if the appointment is given at 7 please watch your favourite movie and come at 10 pm.

Very worst experience I will not suggest this hospital to any pregnant ladies seriously Dr megala is very rude behaviour and treating patients like anything nothing professional no clear answers from them for the queries we ask also the reception people are so lethargic and my appointment is at 1 clock I came at 12.30 itself but they sent me around 2.0 clock only very very nonsense PPL getting so much money and treating patients like government hospitalPlease dont go to this hospital

Doctor Mekala kumaresan is very good ! Very responsible and reliable.. treatment and care shown towards the patient is really wonderful . All the staff in the hospital are friendly and helpful. Hospital is neat and clean best in north Chennai! Thank you all.

One star to Dr.Megala for shouting at Pregnant woman and saying harsh words just for asking doubt. Doctor and staffs treated patient as doing all free of cost. As we are paying we need some respect.

Most experienced and knowledgeable person is Dr.Kumerasan in thiruvothiyur.Hes undergone the surgery to my father.now he is perfectly alright.we are happy with the service.Thanks sir.
