In our kamarajar nagar annal ambedkar nagar perungudi near Ramana building daily near 9.00 pm to 11.00 pm power will be off its very irritating for our area people most of the got tierd after finishing their work its very worst time to power off there is no proper response from eb officers very worst response very very bad service

Better remove all the phone no from site.. we will tell ourself no contact no instead of trying everything.. it makes us tired

No proper response from EB payment collector & he shouting also & saying abuse word

Most of payment are done thru online but due to some burn out in my meter I have to make payment at their office directly...Things should have been much better to collect the payment and concern person were sending most of them back to tender exact change for their payment... As most of the bill payers on that day was bit elder and he doesnt have any patience to answer them.... When I enquired abt the payment thru card then he connected the device to get the payment and he should have informed people standing the que abt the card payment they would have done it.... Over all the experience was horrible...
