Here location is good but overall building quality is 0%. If you want to try any flats here my suggestion is never try it or go and ask the flat owners you know it well.

Never ever buy a property from Jains. Very poor construction quality. Midway through, they stop maintenance, refuse to repay the balance maintenance charges, nor attend to complaints. Very difficult to get back the Corpus fund transferred to Owners Association. They use poor quality wood and other materials. So,you can make a hole in the wall by just hand. No drilling machine needed. The building wont last even 5 years. If any doubt, visit their existing projects such as Jains Abineet, Villivakkam, and see blood coming out of owners eyes even after paying 60plus lakhs.They wont care after sales.

As said by elan siva.. Its 100 percent true.. Never try it from jains construction.My cousin bought the flat there.. They focus only money not customer satisfaction.Open kitchen in hall..For customization you need to pay additional amount..Gst you need to pay moreRegisteration you need to pay your own moneyWhile handing over they ask you to pay interest with additional charges 1-2 laks..Dont spend your hard earned money to jains construction.. No one suffer like her..

Not worth for stars. Just wanted to post comment about this project to help others. This is been handled by two parties (1. Land owner, 2.jain construction).About property:Feel good outlook. Only outer look will be good when step into flat you feel what the heck. They designed open kitchen(in complete)in Hall. most of the flat has tiny kitchen area were u need to do some kitchen expansion post buying flat (on your cost). Restroom has thermocol false ceiling to track pipe connection for fault which I never seen in any construction. Frontage of the property we see 30ft road(approx) with some ditches, rain water stagnant during rainy season. As this property 650mt away from villivakkam railway station we hear frequent train sounds. No metro water only connection has been established. I noticed gate was closed due to neighbour problem at North phase, not sure it has got any other problem. Amenities:Power back up: yes installedGym: invisible (might be in process)Rain harvest: mostly available (I didnt note)Lift: 75% operational 25% yet to install.Landscape garden: yes, with some chair placed to spend your leisure time at 1500 to 2000sqft (approx)Children play area: its just with in the landscape garden with one or two kids play stuff.Land owner:1. Easy reachable, staff available at property.2. Total cost negotiation will be open but cant expect.3. No clue why they collect carpus fund if you ask they say every builder collecting so, I also do.4. Staff say their wont be any GST if you buy here(landowner). Not sure how it would be.5. Noticed price variation on 2days once you need to watch out.6. You gotta check approval details for this property as few flat has individual kitchen space and most flat has kitchen in Hall area.Jain construction:1. Cant reach them easily, staff wont be available at property either, you cant expect executive to during property visit.2. Luckily I got call connected to customer service They say base fare would be Rs4495/- at the end they come up with total cost were the price would be too high for this construction.Note: most property site says this property is ready to move but actually not. I visited 10days ago but not sure of current status.

2BHK WITHOUT KITCHEN.. BEWARE!!

I Requested refund of money. They are not responding properly. They didnt refund till now.Its been 10 months and they treat their customers soo bad. If u r going to purchase ,their approach is differnt. In my case,they say silly reasons and not refunding my money. A well established construction company should know how to treat customers. Feeling disappointed. I called so many times. From past 5 months I was constantly asking them for refund.They said that they will look into it but not taking any step. Not responding properly.

The project of Jains Housing Abhineet in Villivakkam is awesome...A Nice locality would be inforce once its ready..

My brother has bought an apartment here, too pricey but its about to get completed, so waiting to see how it has turned out
