Not a perfect stay. Used room given to me and no one checked before giving.😷😷

Good stay place

Waste of money.. No water in the morning for 3hours.. no responsive answer..

I had few diappointments, couple of months back about the behaviour. 2 Days back Have visited this property, really they took me very well. The way they treated me is really fantastic and its pure hospitality. I would like to appreciate the guy Mr. Sreeram for his pure hospitality with his team.. Kudos... 😊😊

Thanks to Absolute Homes.. I have booked rooms for my parents, after a long search in and around kotturpuram. Then I found Absolute homes. After the stay almost a week, my parents really felt they stayed at home. Thank you Mr. Sreeram and their team for taking care of the senior citizens..Really God bless you all for understanding the needs of the senior citizens.. Once again thank you so much, behalf of my parents..

Sincerely one of the best places I stayed in Chennai. I booked from Sunday 12 noon to monday 6pm. The hotel is around 12km from Airport.The staff is very kind and helpful. Room is air-conditioned, clean bathroom, has a wardrobe, table to work, television and a couch. Windows had nets so I didnt have mosquito issues. Near by there was a small store named Nelgris which was very convinient.I highly recommend this place. Felt honestly a budget paradise away from the confusion of the city.

Nice comfortable luxurious rooms at affordable costs. Well suited to business people and also family members. Nearby to Anna University and being situated in residential areas gives a peaceful atmosphere. Food is good but the prices are tad higher. Enjoyed the stay!

It used to be good, but recently has deteriorated a lot in services. So we have changed. Location is good. Food is an issue.

Poor hygiene. Even basics like soaps not available. Broken toilets. Smelly towels Need to beg for an iron.Sincere but helpless staff. Just a few years back it was a very good place. Sad to see this rapid deterioration.

Nice place to stay. They provide excellent breakfast. Located in a calm area, but not far from the main road. Overall, our 3 days stay was very pleasant. Highly recommend.

The stay at absolute home was relaxing. Room service is good, the staff is very helpful and food is also good. Not to mention the location is very good, its in a posh neighborhood with decent people staying around. Very near to Madras School of Economics, Anna centenary library and government data centre. Deers can be seen frequently loitering on the roads nearby.

The water is having lot of mud not clean....The rooms are spacious, staffs are friendly....

We stayed in Absolute homes at Arunachalam road. There is another same hotel with in few kilometres. Decent rooms and breakfast also served but we need to pay for it. Good for short stay

Pathetic customer service ! People at the reception were extremely rude and are just trying to get more money out of your pocket. They say things are complimentary and post consumption they come back saying that we have to pay for the stuff. Very bad experience for us.

Made me feel at home. Friendly staff. One of my requirements was to have a good WiFi connection which was very good. When ordering for food I had to factor in additional 10-15 minutes. But that wasnt a problem.
