Please dont choose this yogeshwaran home care services as they are worst in handing customers..this is our personal experience, we made 6 months contract and maids were dropped by themselves and this home care is least bother about replacing new maid.they wont pick up our calls and started giving blame excuses. Please avoid this home care. We are still fighting to get our contract money back from this home care

I have hired a caretaker for my elderly mother, she has little mental issue and they sent me a young person her name is Velachary- she has no patience and has terrible attitude , doesnt know how to do her job. She physically abused my mother ,when we are out of home or busy with other stuff. She had no patience and had anger issues – when my mom didn’t listen to her - she would hit her –...we found bruises on her body and confronted her which she denied – she is has dual personality in front of us she was soft spoken, but used filthy language when we are out of sight ..I would not hire from this agency

They should be booked for fraudulence. They provide below standard domestic helpers with no background verification. They provided us with a baby sitter who has had zero experience in baby sitting. On top of it, they did not return the money we paid to agency. They are arrogant and they hang up on you whenever you call to ask for your money back.

Unprofessional, undependable services. Terrible attitude. We were promised a cook to start at 9:30AM. After 10:30AM when still no one had come, we called them, and they replied callously that they didnt take money from us, so they havent cheated us. This is not the way to run a business. Would not recommend to anyone.
