Reception Staff not wearing MASKS. And they are dealing with Pregnant women and Children. Especially one young staff at Reception not even having mask, other staff wearing but not at all covering their nose and mouth.I have visited today, to show my wife reports, Reception staff not following the minimum courtesy to allow me , they are simply allowing all patients . I have to wait long just to show my reports. Many patients came later than me also going inside. It is like a market and not a hospital. Hospital and doctors are good, but Reception staff not at all doing their minimum duty.If they Police notice about not wearing a mask, it will be a case .Am not going to report to the police. But , management should alert the staff.

THEY ARE PREPARING AND PLANNING THEMSELVES FOR MAKE MONEY USING THE CORONA REASON AND MISUSING THE GOVERNMENT ORDERS. ONLY GOD CAN SAVE THE RESIDENTS FROM THESE PEOPLE. I think those sisters who are working there are not good. Dr.Pranesh took care but still when i tried to contact him to tell my baby condition is not good the staff who were working there kept disconnecting my call.I was much worried.Dr Praneesh I am need of your number since I am the one who take care of 5 months old baby all the time.

Worst hospital doctor doesn’t know how to put stitches for the wounded kid, he has put plastic thick thread instead of updated versions of melting thin thread, due to which life long my kid is going to have scar in his head.People please stay away from this hospital, find some other good hospital in the city.

Respected and caring doctors

PCMC is the closest and so far well facilitated hospital in my locality. Their hospitality is very good and they provide good treatment for the patient. Thought most of the senior doctors need prior appointments for meeting. They have good specialists. The nurses and doctors are so encouraging and supportive.

The hospital is very good, Dr. Pranesh is very care and staff,nures are very kind with respect, and the pediatric sister is very kind and she was silent,care and respectful sister her name was Jamila and I am satisfied by going to this hospital.

Best Paediatric doc in Pallavaram is Dr. Praneesh. We see only him for the past 5 yrs.Other services too are good.Kind staff.

Visited doctor 31st Oct, asked to take test for urinary test and asked to give early morning sample. So gave for test on 1st November in their lab, they said one report only can get next day for another report need to wait for 2 days. I went 4th Nov morning to collect report and check with doctor, now asking to pay doctor to show report. I have explained everything in reception still they saying its the rule. Last 3 years for my son we go regular to Praneesh, everytime his approach to my son very good. But hosiptial doing really worst approach.

I was admitted there for typoid . Hospital is good and general medicine doctors who treated me are good . But if we come to specialist , andal gynec my sister went to her to confirm her preganancy. she prescribed scan on 33 days and a injection worth 1000 rs. Tablets worth 1000 rs. She is purely money minded. Scan in 33 day is unnecessary thing and that is confirmed by 2 more gynec . My sister went through mental trauma also because they didnt find anything on scan .... I strongly not recommend Dr. Andal of pcmc hospital

Gynaecologist Dr Andal madam and child specialist Dr Pranesh are very kind and well experienced doctors. Their treatment also very good. It a child trust, obviously fee is affordable. I will recommend this. But this is not 24/7.

This hospital is needed in the area where it is situated. But the way the hospital is handled is very shaby and unprofessional. It seems they are only interested in pushing medicines especially antibiotics for each and every ailment.1. Reception staff are overloaded and hence they tend to be rude always. Never a smilimg face.2. All the nursing staff seems new and not really experienced.3. The common area where they give injections and nebulisation is not maintained properly not hygenic. The thermometer which is used for patients is not at all cleaned. The same used thermometer is circulated without decontaminating it.4. The BP apparatus which is used to check patients is seen broken, have seen nurse using finger to close the damage while taking BP sample.5. Pharmacy is less staffed as a result have to wait long hours.6. No proper process followed you often find nurses running up and down.7. Laboratory facility is the worst. No proper diagnosis done. It is ill equipped with no qualified staff and accessories.8. No periodic cleaning noticed on the floors. Hygienic is a dream here.9. No good doctor other than the Paediatric.10. Especially a well experienced General Medicine practioner is needed.11. A good hospital administrator with a good customer service desk is needed here.If all the above is met this really would be a good hospital.

Excellent child service. Pranesh sir is the best paediatrician and I thank you for your best service. One year before my son( 1 year, old ) suffered from a severe stomach infection. He gave a special care. At the time.,my son need to be operated but he arranged ambulance to nungambakkam child trust to avoid operation. Also he called me twice a day to know my son condition . Nowadays I think no doctor gives such a care and response thank u so much sir

There are many good doctors like Andaal doctor. So does other type. Especially the ortho doctor Ramaraj. He holds grudges on people I guess. My uncle went for treatment there. But got surgery somewhere else. After that whenever he takes anyone from his family to check up to Ramaraj. He treats them without sincerity. Not tries to listen to them. If you go with three complaints he listens only one. So that he doesnt lose his 200*3😵. Duh... Grow up adults. Doctors holding grudges generation we are living in.

Experienced a very arrogant and rude behaviour of receptionist at pcmc hospital in pallawaram Chennai. Ms janani at reception , she will never listen to any patient and always disrespectful to all. And its not once its every time happening. Such a rude staff at the welcome is not appriciable.

The doctors are good but beware of the Lab. It is better to go for well recognized labs. The technicians here are not qualified. On 7-Nov, I took a ECG and the graphs portrayed my condition as too serious !!. Thankfully the Cardiologist advised for a repeat check which he himself did. He found that the leeds were interchanged and hence the graphs were topsy-turvy. My next report was not as alarming as it was. Had the Doctor not asked for a repeat, I might have been admitted in ICU.....
