Bad company to join especially Chennai branch and work load will be more! Especially TLs will suck our blood if possible to get promoted or for good impression from higher management and also coders will have least communication methods that means we have to use our personal mobile phone for each and every office work, even training sessions and team calls happen through phone call only which is so irritating!

Worst company, they informed interview on 10am, we were waiting for a longtime, but they started at 2 pm, 1st round goes upto 4 pm, 2nd round starts at 5 pm goes till 7 pm, they dont care about the female candidates who were coming from far away, such a worst experience, friends please dont waste your time by visiting here

Not a good place to start a career as a fresher.... I joined here in 2020 as experience Ar caller..... Management not even gave us a proper software training and pushed us into production and expecting numbers at the 2nd week of production... TL and Manager will pressure us to complete the target... And they even ask us to work on weekend... Such a worst place to work.... If u continue there you will lost your hair and bcame bald man😂... One of the worst company I have ever worked.Poor management system, all they need is to achieve their overall target without knowing employees problem. They just threaten and issue PIP without proper timestudy. My overall experience in omega is too bad. Because of this many employees either abscond or drop paper. Still they havent changed their management system. All these HRs are useless..they are just a puppets to operational managers..even TL has no power to speak. Worst company overall.

Freshers they have to submit all the original documents with one year bond,if u break bond u have to pay training cost + one month salary ..they will provide 2 months training for freshers ,if u fail in training they will send u out without giving even a single rupee. In my batch there is 15 members 7 people cleared training test, remaining they sent out . This is the time waste process and salary is just 11k but other healthcare companies are offering 15.6k like access and Athena healthcare.i suggest u to search jobs in Athena and access. If u come to office 5mins late, they will deduct one day salary. Those who want to do parttime jobs please dont chose this. Still if u want to join all the best.

Employees especially freshers under bond are treated like Slaves. Targets are so heavy and machine life here. Managers and Leads blackmailing freshers and exp and using them to do heavy works and targets, then extend the shifts.

Hi guys,I would like to give a honest review about omega healthcare.Goods:The company is providing cab facility for training period and salary for fresher-11900rs and they give free 45 days training whether the training is day or ni8 .The first day of interview is not a real interview u just go they will select u definetely.Bads: 1)original documents submission 10thand 12th..2)after the 45 days of a training should undergone a assessment test .if u cleared the test thats kk .after the Process will move smoothly else u didnt clear the test u wont get your 45 days training amount and u r not able to work with the company.3) in case you are selected the second level of test u must work with the company one year but u didnt going to sign any bond but your original documents are hold by the company before the completion of one year if u hardly want to leavethe company u have to pay 14000rs to collect your original documents.4) finally u complete a year With the company they will give your original documents then u feel comfortable with us u should continue your work otherwise u should leave...Regards.......💌

Then why you are hiring the fresh candidate..I went to interview 3 weeks before..Im waiting more than 3 hrs the hr come collect the resume from exp Candidate and go..it happened 3hrs..I asked when I will come...he didnt reply...u think the candidate are dogsss????respect all candidate equally..I didnt like to give even 1 star..Im not rated 1 star it will not post my review.. If anyone have an idea of joining in omega healthcare.Please avoid and try some other companies.Trust me guys,its for the best.Environment is so poor and the experience people in omega acted likethey are the boss and we are the slaves.My friend working in omega for the last one year and he had a family problem,he take one week leave with the permission of his TL(Team Leader).And,hes already going to resign from the company next month or so and they accepted his resignation letter.Now what happened is,they told him to stay and work for another 2 weeks to compensate his leave.The thing is,they wont pay for him for the 2 weeks and they already reduced his salary for the days hes absent.Now,they hold his salary too.Bad company guys.Please dont join.
