Staff Jaya sri, worst care for my mom. Through carelessness, my mom had bedsores. After the bed sores, she didnt even inform us. And my mom is in the second stage of bed sores. Fortunately, my mom can walk so that the bed sores is healing.Another problem is that my mothers afternoon medicine is also missed and she went to t.nagar for shopping and without our permissionStaff Jaya sri provide the worst service to my mother.Not only this so many problems are there to say. To explain this I have a list. In short I want to say worst.I am not recommending this organization to anyone.

I used India Home Health Cares home attendant services for the last couple of months to take care of a relative who needed help for mobility and exercises. The experience has been really good and I definitely recommend them. The process to engage them and figure out the best service to use was straightforward. They also perform frequent check-ins to ensure that there are no concerns and try to make alternative arrangements when the regular attendant needs to take a day off. The payment process is also transparent.

I have been using India home health care since 2010 to take care of my elderly parents. My father passed away in 2013 and the care he received was excellent. The nurses treated him like their father. Now they are taking good care of my mother. The greatest thing I can say is even in bad weather they always show up and this is peace of mind for me. I will strongly recommend this service to anyone.

I will not say that they are the best, but I can certainly say that they are good in providing the right staff. Adequate backup staff was provided whenever the present staff took leave.

Had a worst experience with this agency. I had asked for home nurse for preterm twin babies for both day and night shifts and the nurses they have sent is irresponsible and often takes off for no reason and there are hardly two nurses for baby care so if one takes off the other has to continue for 24 hrs with that grumpy face or they will put someone who doesn’t even know to handle babies. Such irresponsible staffs this agency has. They will come to collect money on time but cannot arrange a proper person for baby care. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking out for baby care .

Hi...my mom aged about 82...she was been suffered from severe plantar facsitis...so i have been approched to INDIA HOME HEALTH CARE...They have been suggested for the physio and they have sent an physiotherapist named Mr.Prithviraj...when he came for the treatment he first diagnosed my mom and he said that it will take 7 to 9 days to the recovery of my mom....then he started the treatment...at first my mom had little bit of pain as days passed...at the 5th day...she has fullfilly recovered from that...thanks alot prithviraj your down to earth...and lots of lots of thanks to INDIA HOME HEALTH CARE...best wishes..ur doing a amazing work thanks alot..

INDIAHOME HEALTHCARE TOOK CARE of my aunt who was staying alone for 4 years.For day and night 2 ayahs were posted and they were at best patient attenders and not trained nurses.They were charging a high sum of Rs.32000/- in the beginning and at the time of my aunt,s demise recently the rate had gone upto Rs.43000/- per month.The attenders took full advantage when they knew that my aunt was old and all alone and were given a free hand with household expenses and out of the INR 10000 given to them for my aunts expenses they pilfered at least RS.7000/- every month.One of the attenders initially posted managed to pilfer rs.10000/- and she was sacked.The last two attenders pilfered Rs.7000/- per month on an average.After my aunts demise the silk sarees,kitchen utensils and some cash quickly vanished..My aunt died on the night of 27th june and her only son had just landed in Chennai at the same time.She had communicated to him a week earlier that she had had a fall and that her head was aching due to the fall.The attenders concealed the information from him and when asked they dismissed it as a minor fall.After my aunt was cremated on the 29th my cousin who had taken leave only upto the 9th of JULY and had ceremonies to attend to between 5th of JULY and the 9th was in a hurry to clear up the clutter in the house.The nurses who were already paid salary till the end of the month were more than interested in cleaning up the house and they convinced the grief stricken son that they would help him clean the house before the end of the month and made away with all the valuables in the house including 2 color TVs,1 washing machine,refrigerator,1 cot and mattress,tables,chairs,1 antique wooden cupboard with glass doors which they were asked not to take,microwave oven,books and newspaper,clothes,kitchen utensils,pooja articles including lamps,panchapatram,ugrani,mani among others.Many things vanished on the day before the cremation so that the son could not question them on the next day.The attenders actually took leave on the 28th,29th and the 30th of JUNE and were present at the aunts place staking claim for each piece of furniture and other valuables worth at least INR 1,00,000/- and most of the valuables were carted away on the night of 28th itself when the son was busy making arrangements for the cremation.They literally played on the grief stricken sons mind and tricked him into parting with all the valuables in the house some unknown to him and looted the valuables.The IHHR admin people said they could not be held responsible as those two women were on leave.The 2 attenders were salaried staff of IHHR and the company should have told the nurses to keep their hands off the valuables in the house.Even when the son told IHHR that they should tell Ragini to bring back the teak and glass almirah which was taken away without the sons knowledge and permission all they could say was that the attenders were on leave.This woman also told the son that he should make over his mothers apartment to her and that she would pay him the price in instalments.Luckily my aunts son woke up and came back to his senses by then.

IHHC has been taking care of my aged Parents in Chennai since June, 2015. I am VERY pleased with the dedication and commitment to patient care that has been demonstrated by the IHHC Clinical Manager’s as well as their Associate Director and Team Director. The Clinical Manager makes a weekly visit to my parents house to ensure that they are well cared for by the IHHC Staff Attendants. The Associate Director as well as the Team Director have been very responsive to remedy any concern related to either the attendants or the quality of the care. It is noteworthy to mention that even during the heavy monsoon rains in Chennai during Dec, 2015, the IHHC attendants still managed to provide 24/7 coverage at my Parents house even when the streets were flooded and public transportation came to a standstill. As a resident far away in the U.S., it was a great relief for me and I sincerely appreciated the dedication and commitment of the IHHC Staff Attendants and Management. Since then my Mother has passed away and currently IHHC continues to take care of my aged Father who is an Alzheimer’s patient and is most comfortable in his familiar surroundings.

Very unprofessional service. They quoted a rate for male staff. Then in the morning they increased the rate to double the charges. And sent a female nurse for the second shift without intimation. The lady who handles the call is now demanding the new rate for the 12 hrs they had already sent and said if I pay the old rate she wl have to pay the rest from her salary. It was a totally unprofessional behaviour and no integrity. My fathers discharge from the hospital is being delayed now because of this😡

I dont understand in what basis u people getc 5 star reviews... but I want to share my bad experience with this unprofessional pvt Ltd company who have made my dads health worst..Day 1My dad was discharged after DBS brain surgery from a hospital who recommended this company for critical care nursing..Their nurse who was so unprofessional made a call to admit to the hospital again just for a low BP call... all this to make my dads health worst we ever can imagine..who just came out of a very serious brain surgery..My dad had a bed sore or pressure sore which was getting worst ...on any given condition even I knew this that when a person has a bed sore u dont make him sit or make him rest straight.. but turn him right and left every 2 hrs..DID U PEOPLE DO THAT !!! After 10 days without proper care the wound got rotton and infected... all this was seen by these nurses but they never took a call to inform us when doing the dressing... at one point of time when dad was really feeling terrible pain we came to know that it had formed gangrene !!We had to admit him to the hospital again :(U people dont even have a basic knowledge of term critical care..... will never ever in my life will recommend ur company to anyone....I feel sad that I still have to give u 1 star koz that is the least option available....
