You will have a good shopping experience at Max... not an inclusive showroom where you will find clothings from all brands... they sell Max and associated brands at a very competitive price card.. collections available for all ages right from kids till grown ups... reasonable price card... showroom is maintained very neat and clean and staffs are courteous.. you can exchange products within 30 days across any max showroom in Chennai which is a super good thing... since it is in a mall, parking is not an issue.. shop is crowded usually during weekends and festive days.. I would recommend this place..

It is perfect place for shirts. Having sufficient trail rooms and dedicated trail rooms for kids. Need to do analysis on size.. Few sizes are stocked and Unsold for months.. Fast moving stocks are not refilled.

The worst thing is they are not providing carry bag. How should the customer take the bought clothes without carry bag by hand or what????. They sanitizer the place and monitor staffs health and update the same in Arogya Sethu. You will hear the announcement of the same inside the store. They follow the same exchange policy as it was followed before COVID as well. Not sure on Dress Trial since I did not have an opportunity. Overall good and safe experience.

This max is located with Forum Mall. This seems like a nice place and the staff service is satisfactory. The shop is spacious will all sorts of variety in collection and is very much updated. The shop functions like any other regular Max and do there isnt much to talk about it. When you come here there is a possibility that it could get crowded esp during the holiday seasons and sale days. That time toy mifht not get staff to help you out The ewrurn and reffund policy here is just like any other max shops in India.

Stuff is good.staff are very polite and helpful.But they are not at all properly informed about the offers and all.While purchase I have been told will get 1k discount voucher if I buy for 4k n now wen I want to redeem they are telling will get 1k discount only if I make a purchase of 4k again.None of the billing staff know the offer properly
