Very nicely maintained and a great place to be! Homes are spacious and there is adequate outdoor space for some outdoor time. Clubhouse has a supermarket, gym and other recreational facilities too! But the place is too far off from the main road- need better connecting roads. Now there is special transport for Casa grand inhabitants to boost connectivity. Also, basic amenities like a medical shop, tailor shop, hospital, home needs, stationaries etc are a bit far off. Wish these too will be introduced soon within the community!

Building overall was excellent with all required amenities.The whole design of the towers stand out amidst the other normal buildings around the area.The approach road is very far from the present main road and is not properly lit making it quite an adventure to reach the place .ORR is just a stone throw away but its not connected to the apartment as of now .

Location is good and calm in non rainy seasons but the route is not proper.. Building finishing , car parking allotments and pipelines are so bad ..The way CG responds before and after house booking will mentally strain us.. It is built very near to Adyar river without proper safety measures..

Very close to adyar stream. Though during rainy season apartment will not get water clogged but will be isolated since other areas will be covered with water.

Not a good place to be in if do not own a private vehicle. Even with one not a good idea to travel during odd hours due to its remote nature and has nothing much around it.

Spacious villa with good water facilities.But the location is quite outside of city and the area is deserted with houses and Adyar river is near to it having flooding risk during rainy season.You must have car for transportation as it outside of city.

Good company and good construction but the response from the csr and other are really poor. There are lots of discrepancies and poor finishing s. Water leaking from all tap fitting. There is no finishing done bathrooms above the fall sealing. All water fitting are leaking. My toilet is not fitted correctly. The complaint made but the response is poor.

Excellent place to live but far away from city.

Absolutely pathetic. Their plans are an absolute joke. You can bring a commercial vehicle into the building for house shifting. They have no clue regarding orientation of pathways or pavements. The route to a way in between blocks is paved over sumps. Its just unacceptable, their time to respond is shocking.

Engineers designed the bathroom water connections & planning water heater fixing have utterly failed & the management of Casagrand never bathers about the complaints raised. They are not at responded positively to rectify the shortcomings.

Customer Service is totally very poor. They dont know how to handle the client. All SALES and RM are handling the client emotionally. Shouting. Not attending the call. I was very disappointed with their services. Management should guide them or give training how to manage the client relationships. Lot of big companies are gone nowadays becasue of poor response of employees to client.They are not attending the calls, No response after 6 or during weekends if client having doubts.CASAGRAND management should take care thier employees if they are having overload or lack of interest to work or working environment....

I strongly recommend Casagran to buy homes. They are really one of the best real estate builders. And their quality of service is very better compared to others.

My in laws moved in just 3 months ago and drainage system in and around the apartments is a total failure. The water is overflowing all around. The waste management is not ready yet.Replying to the person who has replied below. Anybody walking around can see the water flowing. Hence it needs to be repaired even without me calling you or raising the concern.

We bought 2bhk in ferns Im very glad to say that, It was an good location for family and no pollution around but in rainy season its very hard to reach our home thats only the prblm here, apart from that each and every thing is very good,we expect our home key on July month but still lift work is not yet completed. Thank you for casa grand for this nice apartment with all facilities and they promised us , they are going to provide us common cab for the peoples to purchase their home things we hope that will happen, once again thank you for casa grand❣️😎

It’s quite difficult to find good apartments at reasonable pricing these days. Also, I wanted to buy my first home in the locality I grew up - Tambaram. So, when we saw Casagrand Ferns, we decided that this is going to be our new home. We were glad to have purchased this home as it satisfied all our expectations.

I along with my husband went to see the construction site. Came back with total dissapointment because it is in the remote area of chennai. The price is budget friendly but travelling everyday from that area to main city is impossible specially when you have a kid. That area do not have street lights also. No houses nearby. So we as a family dropped the idea of buying that apartment.

We have booked a 2BHK apartment in Casagrand Ferns located in Tambaram. They have a very friendly community over here. The management and staff are extremely helpful and answers all my questions

When we requested permission to use the lift for 1 hour of time to carry some boxes received from our interior designer which is appropriately small, Mr.Chinnathambi (Maintenance / Facility manager @ Ferns) refused to give permission as he dislikes our voice tone of requesting him.It may be a rule of Casagrand that lifts are not allowed for commercial items, but our boxes are really in small sizes.The way he approached us is really bad and we want to highlight the same to management.When we entered the lift with one small box to carry to our flat. He instructed to stop the lift and we struck inside. We are end up with embarrassing situation and we feel ashame of buying a flat in casagrand.One of the worst construction company i ever saw.. very bad experience buying home here.. they never keep up promise about timing.. all the terms before signing aggreement and after signing aggreement will be totally different.. cheaters... the company and its workers everything is very worst...

Nice apartment only 4 floors each floor contain 6 houses.. 3bhk with 3T , 3 bhk with 2 T, 2bhk with 2T , 2 bhi with 1 T.. 49% of uds and covered car parking, they arranging cab service for our home visiter 24/7 to near by areas, no swimming pool and party hall , indoor game, gym and park.. all over good but 4km away from tambaram railway station
