Good pg for working and students mens ,24×7 water and Power services,3 member in room with attached bathroom each member give rent,Very nice peaceful placeFood is not available that one problem otherwise better.

Near to tnagar bus depot... Place is hygiene and rent also good compared to other mansions but only pros~ Eb bill is slightly high...

Prime location.Cheapest accommodation in t nagar for bachelor.Easy access to near by institutions for those preparing various competitive exams.Even if one day extended beyond vacating date, charges 1 month rent

I stayed there for 1.5 years double sharing room for 3500rs per bed. The room is spacious, the janitor is available when needed, so theres no problem in cleaning the toilet.Problems:Water is the main problem here. The water tank is filled with red worms. Forget about brushing, you cant even use that water for toilet purposes. If you bath in that water for two years, youll definitely go bald. For 3500rs per bed, they can do better.Another problem is food. T-Nagar is a commercial area. Almost all the food stalls in this area focus on profitability, so they wont bother about selling adulterated hygiene less, substandard food. You have to walk away from this area to get good food.Theres no parking space for bikes. Yes, you can park the bike in front of the mansion but thats up to you.For 3500rs per bed you dont get wifi and still have to pay for drinking water.

Room is ok..but reception area man is a punda mavan..somberi paya..not responsible at all.. irritating..

Reasonable stay as per T Nagar locality. Basic facilities are good.

I have been to this mansion.Stay there almost a yr.And lost my room keys.Anyway good one.Economical.

The mansion is worst1)No watet at most of time2)No dress washing facility3) Poor maintenance of room i mean bed are filled with bed bugs4)without any proper communication they will increase the rent5) Warden or receptionist is a worst person won’t listen any thing.Not ethical to his jobs6) compartively floor are good

Really nice place in economic range and best thing is that you are in heart of chennai in this range ...everything is just near to you..with walking distance.

Its like a lodge. No WiFi, food, TV, etc. Electricity bill is also high.

The rooms are gud but the water colour is somewhat reddish. U need to brush with drinking water.

Worst place to stay and take more amount per month and in 3 people with 2 fans and 2 bulbs they charge 1500 electrical bill per month. And the manager was one of the worst person.
