Not satisfied with their approach..It is about service given by your executives in your shopWe were explained about features of your fridge.. so that we decided to purchase it and bought it.. While invoicing we were asked to purchase a stabiliser for the fridge.. but we objected stating that just now your executive explained that fridge has inverter compressor and it doesnt require stabiliser. But your billing person said inverter compressor doesnt mean that not required stabiliser.. its just a name and only a small chip.. it will get damage even in a small fluctuations.. so stabiliser is mandatory..We were confused and not satisfied with the purchase because of two different statement.. before buying they speaks only positive things.. after they know we are going to buy, they started telling negative things of the product...Finally last thing that we were asked a model refering your online store and it shows the model is available. But your executive said that model is not available in our stock and in online they sell display piece. So we were asked to look diff productIs it true that selling demo product in online?Other wise the product we bought was very good... Doing its job very well... Delivery also perfect...

Hi. I brought an AC last month. Its been not a month but i faces issues in the stablizer. Output voltage power is not coming in. Contacted customer care they asked me to inform the store where i brought the AC. The contact number they gave to me is out of reach. Contact number in google maps is switched off. What the way to contact the store now. The store is closed due to state wide lockdown. Help me out.

We want to book air conditioner... so we called the branch they asked us to come before 8 PM due to lockdown....so we came at 7 but one guy standing near the shop and not allowing us to go inside....we understand the situation but the way he responding the customer is really really bad....so please educate ur employees how to behave with customers really very bad experience ...

I had very worst experience. It has just brand and no proper response. I bought ac from the store. The delivery of the item has delayed and the technician did not come for the installation since 3 days. I bought it for an emergency purpose but they did not even care about that. No one response from the technician side. It was very worst thing. I completely disappointed there.

Ahaaa!!, what a sales man performance. People have to learn from these sales man skills of brain washing and making sales. One thing is that comparing the price to online is lot of difference. Nothing is different from online and offline stores.You get warrenty same everywhere But they are saying false reasons of warrenty claim is not available in online purchase.thats trick they are saying to sell products. People have to be aware of this and buy wherever best price is offered.

I went to purcahse AC. I have almost visited all the home appliances stores in and around Tambaram. They have Wide variety of brands, best in offers and price. They have knowledgable customer service executives. The only shop where the crowd presence was very high is Vasanth and co. I felt that there is no sufficient safety measures and covid precautions. Also there is no proper ventilation. The customer service executive are completely drenched and it doesnt provide any better experience. But if you are some one who doesnt look for shopping exp but would prefer to buy quality products at best rate then this the right option. One drawback is that they say that it will take 3 or 4 days for installation.

I purchased a godrej edge pro 190 liter Refridgerator from this store on 26 May 2018. They delivered it on time, to my surprise when I opened it the product was defective. Defect was on the body, sheet metal box top.First I was chasing Vasanth and co for replacement, later I realized godrej service has to initiate and work on replacement.Everyone from vasanth sales person to godrej service executive were trying to convince me to have box top alone replaced.It has been one month, I was fighting for replacement, today I finally gave up and asked to replace the part alone.Vasanth does not stand behind the product they sell.Godrej doesn’t respect the money we pay.Only question I had throughout this one month was did I buy new product or notTotally disappointed 😒

Not a good place to buy anything. Considering the brand name of Vasanth, I went and bought couple of items. No Covid safety protocol in place. Huge crowd of sales people (both men and women), not customers, can be seen chatting, laughing, gossiping what not.. They will go to any extent to sell a product, half of their claims are untrue. Unfortunately this is the way business is run in India and Vasanth n Co is no exception. No responsible person to answer queries and no ownership for any of our requests. Till buying you are the king and once you make payment, you are at their mercy. No one will take responsibility for delivery or installation. Everyday, they will say tomorrow we will close for sure and that tomorrow comes after a week. That too after your continous follow-up and literally begging them. People to be cautious and clear in what you need and what is Vasanth n Cos deliverables once you buy. Else you will end up like me, for sure. Do proper homework of the rates of the item that you plan to buy. Else they will quote a price, make a scene of giving you the best discount and the final price will be higher than the market price.

The requirement was handled well. Though the tnagar branch didnt have the required item, they immediately checked the other locations and found the available branch, helped me with the contacts which made my job easier. Tambaram branch Mr Subramani helped with his quick response and delivered the items in less than 3hrs. Overall it was an excellent experience and a perfect example of professionalism.

Bought AC in vasanth & co Tambaram branch 1 week before and still the product havent reached us, worst is nobody is picking the call . Atleast hav the courtesy to inform the customer about the delay.

Worst service. Delivered refrigerator stand with broken wheels. When I told delivery person to take it back he said the service guy would bring new spare and replace it. But service guy said he wasn’t responsible at all. Called delivery man to pick it back he said he will do but didn’t even after 2 weeks. Had to visit the shop and argue with them to get it replaced.I would give 0 star rating.

This establishment must rank as one of the worst and yet seem to be getting away with business bços of the noise they make over media( all kinds ). They are interested in only the business and once you have paid money that is it, they forget you very conveniently and also forget all the commitments made by them for delivery etc. The staff are equally hand in glove with the managers and sing the same tune. They have regard for any of your discomfort and will make you wait much beyond the promised delivery date. They promise delivery date to get you to buy and once done, they make you suffer. They dont believe in SERVICE at all !!!!

Seeing a lot of negative reviews here. Fortunately I had a good experience. I visited on a Sunday for purchasing a new fridge. The shop is filled with staff at the entrance who are ready to guide you to the relevant section and we were promptly attended to. We requested for delivery and installation on the same day. And sure enough, by the time I reached home, I received a call from the delivery person for delivery of the fridge and by evening, the company person called up, visited my home and completed the installation. All in all. Perfectly done as requested.In fact, just a month I had purchased a washing machine, and even then the service was prompt, had purchased an AC with them a year ago, same prompt service. Will definitely visit them again for future purchases.

Pathetic experience overall.In-store customer response is good only till selling the product, after that worst customer service. I bought a refrigerator and insisted to get the old fridge as exchange. But the sales person or the delivery team responsible for this hasnt been taking it seriously.Also Vasanth & Co will not arrange for refrigerator demo for single door fridges. They will not provide proper response also on what to do when we buy single door fridge.It is better to get the respective brand call center and raise a demo call yourself.
