This is charged like private hospital.Care is like government hospital (or worse).I went to this Dr Pughazehdi - for stomach Issues .. they made me wait for 1.5 hours (saying 45 mins). Rudest and horrible consultation and also the support staff. They are all unhappy and entitled. I was talking to my wife in between (who doesnt speak tamil) to get some facts right , like dates, etc as we were travelling... so he could diagnose me accurately(obvi i cant talk to her in tamil).. and his ego got hit and triggered.. he even said if you want to keep talking to her - just leave..I realized i wanted to get consultation without antonizing him further. spoke to him tamil (not that i have problem talking in my mother tongue. it is just respectful to talk in common language if many are present)And after that the advice also very bad.. he saying dont worry do meditation.. lol like i needed that..I want to know why my stomach isnt fine.. phew.. very difficult to deal with his ego.Tried to ask him why is referring a certain medicine and why a certain prognosis. He didnt want to answer them at all.Youd be better off consulting practo or local ones.

Unable to get good experience hereVisit timing was informed almost correctly in advance.I met along with a family member to Dr. Sankaranarayanan (neurologist). Express on subject & details are not reflected in good way. Being this lead to confusion with irritation, second opinion got and clarified.I didnt expect from a senior doctor on approach level and expressing the things.Being earlier rating was reasonable, we expected the same, but couldnt.

Dr shankar narayanan is the worst doctor i have come across until now. Rude impolite bossy and useless. 1000 rs is way too much for this type of a consultation...he is stabbing the patient with his words.

Ive checked with my friend for experienced Neuro splt and he suggest me to shankaranarayanan. We went for an headache, for that he make us to come for 4 visits - first for consultant and next with blood checkup and next with MRI scan and finally he ask us to take Biopsy test. then only we realized that he developing his clinic by me. and i went to another doctor Palani in egmore and he diagnosed as Migraine in his first visit.

Useless receptionist!! Felt like slapping them couple of times... Such a waste of time...Have met almost all the doctors on various occasions... Skin specialist sampath & ent shanmugam are good.. rest of them are useless...

One of the worst ever experience I had for getting information on Telephone.Most of their land phones are always engaged.Doctors are good, anyway.

For my mother we went for giddiness and vomiting sensation. He gave some tablets but after taking that tablet vomiting increased. Again visited the doctor and this time he gave different tablet, it worked now. so he did not diagnose at first time, only on 2nd or 3rd time he is diagnosing the problem. Moreover for every visit you need to pay 500rs.

Doctor Shanmugam was very polite and an expert in ENT. Patiently listened to the problems first and explained the details in laymans terms. Consultation fees 500rs. Had to wait for the doctor for more than an hour even after booking the appointment at 12.30pm. No proper updates from the receptionist

Very bad customer service. I called up the reception for a dermatologist appoint. But the guy who attended the call where least interested in giving me the details.He hesitated to name the doctor even. He just said the token time and hanged up the call. Very disappointing

Most people said that he is the best Neuro Doctor in the city,So we went to the doctor to treat my wifes illness. I was explaining to him about how she got ill and the symptoms she was having. He gave us some gestures like he dont wanna hear the whole story. He was checking time in his wrist watch for a couple of times. To be frank this guy acted like a complete A--hole. finally Guess what ? this guy ruled out that my wife was suffering from Narambu thala vali. And prescribed Mograin tablet 10 mg and Naxdom and pan-D. Sooner, the next week she got very sick and v approached another doctor K. Muthuraj, Neurologist @christudas general hospital, and admitted her there for the treatment. the doctor heard the whole patient history patiently. And finally he figured out that she was suffering from a rare case of Brain tuberculoma. she s been under medic for the past 10 months and recovering fast. Thank god that Dr. Sankaranarayanans treatment didnt kill my wife.

Very BAD Customer service...The doctor Shankar Narayanan wanted to come an see on Tuesday in Doctors plaza, so we wanted to get the appointment. The receptionist girl on the phone was very very rude, and denied the appointment. Appointment scheduling needs to be revisited or atleast the receptionists need to be polite.

I was trying to make an appointment for my dad for the past one hour. Keep calling them from USA number either the number is busy or they don’t pick up the call. I got fed up and started looking for a different doctor.
