Wrong Address.

Poor coustmer service. They did not deliver even after one month. No response for email.

Very lethargic. These people still living stone age. Customer care representative said they wont call you if they cant find your address. Very rude and unprofessional. They are not finding addresses to deliver simply return the shipment. Worst service. No proper office also. HDFC bank leading banker having tie up with this kind of service provider is pathetic.

No proper response, everything goes to somewhere. Simply rejecting kyc documents without proper reasons.

Everything broke inside my frd send me courier to me for birthday gift I went to check their office i saw they throwing,kiking parcel box inside the office they dont know value of product...... Just think if it is ur property meant will u break and tare this product ?? U cant right we r also paying for that courier not for free cost......

I will share the details of my experience and will let you guys decide. My friend sent my certificates from Australia. It took a week to arrive, which is fine. My complaint is from after it reaches India. It was in Bombay on the 18th of February, reached Chennai on the 19th. I got a call early today on the 20th from them confirming the pin code. I was expecting it to be delivered by evening, but on tracking the number online, I came to know it was going to get delayed. I had called the customer care requesting them to hold the parcel in their office so that I can collect.The lady on the other end was very polite but she had to consult her superiors to accept my request. She could not help me as they had declined. This is in no way a complaint of their customer care, more a criticism of their inflexibility when it comes to emergency situations.

Avoid Aramex. worst ever service. No support mechanism. they do not even know the procedures and formalities of customs clearance. worst worst worst.

Im wondering how this courier service got one star. If there is a way to give zero rating, this courier service deserves the rating as ZERO.

WORST SERVICE PROVIDER. DELIVERY GUY IS JUST UNPROFESSIONAL. COMES TOA CORPORATE OFFICE AT 6:40 PM ON A SATURDAY. I ASKED HIM WHY SOLATE WHEN YOU KNOW MOST OF THE CORPORATE OFFICE CLOSES BY 2 PM. HE REPLIES RUDELY WE WORK UNTIL 8 PM ON SATURDAY. THEN ASKED HIM IN CASE THE OFFICE IS CLOSED WHAT YOU DO WITH THE COURTIER WHICH IS A PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL COVER FROM HDFC BANK. HE RESPONDS ME IF OFFICE IS CLOSED WE GIVE IT TO THE WATCHMAN OF THE BUILDING. WHEN I SIGN THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT SLIP HE STARTS SHOWING ME FACES AS I WAS MENTIONING THE TIME OF DELIVERY & SNATCHES THE SHEET FROM MY HAND & TRIES TO RUN AWAY AS I HAD TO SIGN ANOTHER ONE AS I HAD RECEIVED 2 COURIER. THE DELIVERY BOY NAMED HIMSELF AS VASANTH FROM AMBATTUR. DONT UNDERSTAND WHY AN ORGANISATION LIKE HDFC BANK HAS TIED UP WITH THIS COMPANY. WILL TAKE THE ISSUE WITH MY BANKER TOO & REQUEST THEM TO DISCONTINUE WITH SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE & ORGANISATION.FUNNY PART I CANT POST THIS WITH OUT MARKING A SINGLE STAR. Very poor and very rude customer support. Without deliver the courier they changed the status as delivered in their portal.
