Too far away from bus stop. No frequent bus on this route.Rainwater comes inside the mahal, the management has not taken any steps till now.The dias also not a sturdy one.Overall a lot need to be improved.

This place is near Redhills Road. There are lot of mahals in that road. Santhosh Mahal is there in 2nd floor. Step are right side of the ground floor. It is also have elevator(lift).This is used for party, marriage, and other function you need.

Good place.. AC was not sufficient

Located in orgadam Ambattur. Easy to spot the Mahal. It has 2 hall and both can be used for small get-together. 50 people can be dined at a time. Parking is not available. Rooms are clean and tidy. AC is working fine.
