Its a small hall which is located at second floor and there is no lift in this party hall, aged person they felt very strain to climb the stairs. One main thing is there is no separate change room for groom and bride.They given one portion of dining hall for changing clothes.. I would like to recomend the owner to provide separate rooms for changing clothes and it will be easy to keep our things safely..

Best place for parties (within your budget) that would easily accommodate hundred people. Great food as I chose their own caterers, wonderful hospitality. Stage decorations were done so prettily, not to mention both the hall and the dining area are air conditioned. The owner is very friendly and polite and addresses all your needs wisely. We had puberty function on May 8th 2019 in this hall. One of the best party hall in Thiruvottiyur for 100 people. Full AC and spacious for compact function. Hall Owner is highly genuine, kind, helpful and very supportive to us in all means. We can get any help from him, food also provide by him, and with EB minimum rent with service two boys, they also service well, totally best hall to celebrate functions

Party hall is very good and very comfortable with good hospitality.Like the name of the party hall food was delicious and good taste(சுவை சங்கமம் என்றும் பெயர் உண்மை தான்).I would like to thank Mr. Namasivayam proprietor of this hall I never seen such type of person he took full responsibilities like our family member till the end of the function. When compare to price of the hall I amsure no other halls in TVT with all these facilities (fully Ac) with less price. I would rate as 5stars I got positive feedback from the guests.Dont think much blindly block this hall .

Yesterday we have celebrated our sons 1st Birthday in Suvai Sangamam. We had a wonderful experience with the Hall as well as its Proprietor. Mr. Namasivayam - The proprietor of the hall was very flexible, so organized and handling guests very softly. He was present at the hall throughout the Celebration and assisted us as like his own family function. The Party hall is in 2nd Floor and the Dining hall is in 1st Floor (both are fully Air Conditioned) which separates the Dining and Celebration Activities. The only difficulty is parking which cannot be avoided anywhere in Chennai. Overall you can come out of the hall with a satisfaction of being done a nice business with a good person.
