Good place grand function,well infrastructure, parking available are good, lift not available,goods lifting is available on back side for shifting food,at a time 150 seater can have a food in dinning room, rest r available in good maintained process, near to Bus stand,

We finalized this Mandapam for my brother reception and marriage. Was disappointed because they never kept there promises due to covid had restrictions on visitors count and had to pay 5k for corporation as well. AC was not turned on time had to remaind them frequently on it. They also had major alteration on there buliding structure which impared the overall look as well. But even after such misaheaps they were keen on collecting full rent which we agreed to pay before all this changes. Need to get a written agreement before getting into such stuffs🙄🙄

Car parking facility is good. Marriage hall is air conditioned and spaceous. Dining hall at the ground floor and accommodate more than 100 guests.

Had been here only once for a reception recently on a rainy day evening. Parking place got soggy within half hour so had to get our foot fully drenched n wet.OtherwisePlace was very nice . They had a compact space that could accommodate 200 - 300 Pax down and almost 50 Pax on the verandana above I below.Decent enough for a compact occasion.

Went for a marriage function, hall has good parking facility, nice function non ac hall. Dinning room is good but small compare to function hall and hand wash place is small.

A mini party hall which accommodate 150 members but dining hall was too small it is very difficult to enter and come out inside dining hall.. parking with lot of structure..

We hired the SS Mini hall (AC), it is spacious, well lighted, neat and tidy. Well supportive staff and economy.

It is big, as we can celebrate parties and family occassion with more than a thousand people.

A good marriage hall. Spacious and well lit hall, the stage and other amenities are nice. The function hall is in the first floor, with dining hall in the basement. Parking is also spacious. There are two halls side by side so if both halls are occupied then parking needs to be checked out. Rest all is good

It has multiple halls. Parking space is limited. But difficult to accommodate 3halls simultaneously. I booked SS Mini Hall in first floor. Medium size hall. Can accomodate 150 people. Interior decoration is very average but expensive. Separate space is available for dining and can occupy 25 people.

Its a okay place, Costumer flexibility is zero, No matter even you how a AC room from them, They charge you silly for pillows and bed sheets, They will shut down the electricity with no concern towards the event which is going on, SS Mahal is surrounded by to many convention venues which will make you feel so commercial as you have 5 weddings happening in the same place, They dont allow outside vendors for decorations and their own vendor dose such a poor work that we have no control over him, Over all it is a low rated place to visit our to do functions but economical affordable

Both Marriages hall and party hall will be neat and clean :) .. their housekeeping team will clean then and there during party time.. every second they will properly collect waste.. Even party hall is itself big and spacious.. with decent car and bike parking which is 5 to 10 mins walk from Retteri signal.. one thing they could improve their decorations in party hall.. decoration strictly inside team and outsiders not allowed.. when it comes to decoration in party hall for birthday events they have only 4 to 5 samples with balloon and they will do only that and bit expensive.. recent days decoration team started doing innovative ideas with many theam based but they will do one and only among 5 balloon decoration.. and even name board they followed same fonts style for all functions.. no change in font style even if you request different they will not do it.. if yoy think party hall decoration is not big deal.. all you need is good clean and spacious hall then please go for this mandappam :) they have decent dining space both in mandappam and party hall.. they will also allow buffet stalls.. manadappam will be like clean white house:) manager Peter is very kind and welcoming on the discussion.. but they didnt provide hall information in pamphlet format all information provided verbally.. it would be better if they give printed form because we cannot have all information in mind..

The Shanthi Shesha Mahal is located amidst several Marriage Halls adjacent to this place. Can be reached via the Express Highway from Koyambedu Bus station leading to Retteri Junction and taking a left turn for a 200 meters .. the hall is located to your right. Though there is a parking space within the premises to facilitae parking of the VIP cars, the security guides the general car to park at another location a little farther in the west direction a 100 meters apart. It is better to get down at the gate & the driver need to park it farther!

Absolute chaos today when we tried to attend a wedding reception there. No parking. Roads were all dug up around the region. Traffic at a stand still for hours together. I dont know why people build 8 wedding halls in close proximity like this with no parking facility at all. In fact after being stuck in the road for 2 hours we returned without attending the reception.

A fairly big mandapam with all barest minimum requirements. Dining hall is somewhat congested. String of mandapams next each other makes the road prone to traffic jam. Parking yard is detached from the mandapam.
