Reasonable, clean n neat, good ambience and wide hall for small function. Recommended. Central location and bike parking available. Total 2 floors with a basement bike parking area which will hold about 20-25 bikes. Dining holds about 50 people.

The party hall is good.The staircase is small. It make us difficult to take food vessels to the 2 nd floor (dinning area).Parking is also there....The rent is too low and affordable...
